While you choose and wait for your orders, various tastings of local dishes are brought which, thanks to a perfect service, help you discover the specialties of the area. The price is perfect in relation to the service and the quality of the dishes, simply everything is fabulous.

24/03/2025: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the recommendation of friends who are great connoisseurs of Japanese gastronomy. From the moment you enter, it's like diving into Japan, without having to fly for 15 hours! It feels like you're in a suspended time machine that projects you far back into a Japanese inn where deference, refinement and attention to detail are the masters of the place. Both the welcoming smile and the dishes contribute to making this experience at Cuore a true culinary and cultural journey. I highly recommend it!

However, there are only a few tables. A real insider tip that we stumbled upon by chance. You can spend a lot of money, but you don't have to, as there are also affordable dishes. A place for connoisseurs!

25/03/2025: This place was simply amazing!! The staff was wonderful and helpful. I went out and did a flight of reds with some cheese and meats. I loved it so much I went back the next night for a nice glass of wine.

15/03/2025: Having left the Marche and passed through Celano, we found this delightful restaurant, intrigued by the positive reviews. Gianpiero welcomed us immediately in a friendly manner and gave us very good advice on what to eat. We took 2 starters where the tripe and the fried egg with truffle deserve a special mention but the rest of the starters were also of excellent quality. Second course 2 steaks that melted in your mouth. I highly recommend it.

Many friends have told me about Borgo Giarracca but I had never been there...tonight we decided, I highly recommend it, first for the kindness and cordiality that is there, and then for the excellent pizzas that we had, also because ours were of three different doughs. The pizzas were good, soft, tasty and the dough very light. Go there, you won't regret it.😍😋

L’atmosfera è intima e curata nei dettagli, perfetta per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica e rilassata. Il menu è interamente dedicato alla pizza, con impasti ben lavorati e ingredienti selezionati con cura. La qualità si percepisce a ogni morso: l’equilibrio tra croccantezza e morbidezza è perfetto, e la scelta degli abbinamenti valorizza ogni singolo sapore. Il servizio è professionale, attento ma mai invadente, contribuendo a rendere la serata ancora più piacevole. Borgo Giarracca è la scelta ideale per chi vuole gustare una pizza eccellente in un contesto caldo e familiare. Se siete in zona, è una tappa obbligata per una cena che lascia il segno.

26/03/2025: Describing the experience of eating at Qui Sorrento is almost impossible. How can you describe an emotion, a pleasure... New, delicate flavors... For me, who am a true "gourmand", my experience at Qui Sorrento was simply fantastic - from the flavors to the presentation of the dishes, in a "clean" and relaxing environment, with a super welcoming and professional staff. Imagine: just like you pay to go to the theater, at Qui the difference is that you are not simple spectators, but the true protagonists of a unique experience! Today, looking at the menu online, I can't find many of the things I tasted. Maybe because we had a group reservation with a menu based on a tasting of appetizers. My advice? Do the same! Book, communicate any dietary restrictions and let yourself be surprised by the chef's creativity. And enjoy your meal! :-)

06/03/2025: I've eaten here several times now as part of my vacation, which I also spent at Il Mosaico B&B, and I have to say that I haven't had better food in Italy! The appetizers and pizzas are to die for! Really a lot of choice for the unusual palate. Many thanks to Paolo and his family for the lovely stay and the great food! 01/04/2025: A delightful place in the historic center. Competence, hospitality, warmth. Furthermore, contamination is being experienced between tea and other drinks. But events and exhibitions are also organized and on Mondays, every 2 weeks, it becomes the meeting place of a small international community to play chess while enjoying a good tea.
