26/10/2025: My husband and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. It was an absolutely positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. The dishes are excellent, with refined flavors and top-quality ingredients. Great attention to intolerances, and the gluten-free bread is delicious! Compliments to the chef and all the staff. We'll be back!

21/10/2025: I haven't been to Japan, but the way they serve customers, the plating, and the waiters' formality really made me feel like I was in Japan. Favorite dish: pork udon. The pieces of pork in the udon broth were fabulous; not to mention the udon itself. I liked them more than the fish. (You can tell it by the "recommended" symbol on the menu.) For dessert, the mochi with Macha ice cream is a must-try. The price is quite high, at €70 per person, excluding wine (we had water). Definitely worth a try.

13/10/2025: If you're looking for a Japanese restaurant that feels like you're in Japan, Il Cuore is the place to go in Florence. Teruo guided us through the culinary experience from start to finish, with a respect only found in Japan, recommending typical dishes we won't soon forget. The fish served was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality, so much so that months later I still remember the taste. Without a doubt, one of the best Japanese restaurants we've ever tried. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

In Polistena, Giampiero Pecora had the brilliant idea of ​​combining good food with fine wine, thus creating a wine cellar. The numerous and refined labels have always distinguished the #quattrodonninelli, who have brought tradition back with a new twist. Relying on top-quality suppliers is a further guarantee. The always welcoming and pleasant atmosphere sees trained staff serve authentic and flavorful dishes, beautifully presented yet simple. Far from the highway exit or through roads, it's worth savoring the homey and refined warmth that only DonnaNela exudes. I'll keep coming back!

The only flaw with Michelin-starred restaurants is the wine prices, which are inadequate and overpriced. I would have paid more for dinner but definitely less for the wine. 10/10/2025: There's a place in Trani called Quintessenza that we Apulians should visit at least once in our lives. It speaks of our roots, of family strength, and of respect for nature. It was incredible to see how a mackerel, a notoriously underrated fish, or how a few arugula leaves thoughtfully placed on a plate, or even a sponge cake soaked in oil, can make one's soul reflect on who we are and how we should respect what nature offers us every day. The journey isn't just about food, but also about the soul, which the chef and his brothers bring out with every course of the tasting menu. If you're looking for an experience where your brain struggles to comprehend what's happening in your mouth, go there—you won't regret it. 01/10/2025: The service from the waiter who served us was exceptional. He was very attentive and attentive at all times. He sought information so he could explain the type of fish (Ricciola tartare) and meat we had ordered. The Pisa wine, a white and multivarietal, was a great choice. The atmosphere was calm and spacious. Ideal for conversation during the meal.

01/11/2025: The food was great, as was the wine list. The smoking room was fantastic for cigars. The room was very clean. Regarding the spa area: a little less decoration would be nice, and the pool water was a bit too warm for me.

31/10/2025: We had a wonderful short break at the Romantik Hotel Stafler. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and plentiful. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout, and you immediately feel at home. The spa area is lovely. Dinner is available both à la carte and as a set menu as part of the half-board option. The food was of very high quality and tasted absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this hotel.

03/10/2025: I'm a bit perplexed. A truly beautiful location, nothing to add, just lots of compliments. But the Michelin star, combined with such a location, raises expectations. The 7-course tasting menu costs €110 per person, rising to €135 with wine pairings. The wines are truly excellent; it's clear there's been a lot of thought put into pairing them with the dishes. But what's perplexing are the dishes themselves: the dishes were bland, and there was absolutely no salt, and I don't understand how a restaurant like this could have such a lack. It seems, however, that this is precisely the chef's philosophy: using about 35% less salt in the dishes, using special cooking techniques to extract the salt directly from the vegetables. I think this information should be written on the menu, otherwise diners will be left feeling confused. Another thing that's a bit surprising is the price of the cheese platter: a trolley full of very interesting cheeses with the option to try them all. Too bad this was reflected in the final bill, an extra €90, €30 per platter (even though we ordered two). However, the standout dish is the egg with pecorino foam and a comfit cherry tomato base. So, that leaves a big question mark; the philosophy is nice, even just the fact that you never eat the same thing again, but honestly, it doesn't make me want to say "I'd go back."

24/09/2025: For our 50th wedding anniversary, our children gave us a dinner at the Dolce Stil Novo restaurant at the Reggia di Venaria Reale. It was a wonderful experience. We received the utmost attention from all the staff, including Chef Alfredo Russo, who came to welcome us. We enjoyed a wide variety of delicacies, from the aperitif to the final digestif. Every dish was carefully prepared and paired with well-balanced, high-quality wines. It was an experience we'd love to repeat in the future. Our heartfelt congratulations. Vilma and Giuseppe
