16/07/2024: Second time here. We love it!! Gabriele is the owner, waiter, sometimes cook, will take care of you like family. His recommendations are always spot on. Traditional Italian family food. Very intimate setting, with the coolest soundtrack! This is not a place an influencer or their followers will make it to. Time and effort is spent on the food and making the visitor feel welcome. Come here to experience Florence the city not the tourist attraction!
10/07/2024: In the midst of a city of with a culinary tradition that spans from the classic to the touristy, B.O.r.G.O. was a world-class gastronomic experience in a comfortable and casual setting. Chef Gabriele is a master at using the finest ingredients and Italian cooking sensibility to create innovative but approachable food. We received personal attention from Gabriele himself and could not asked for a better evening. His modest but well-curated wine list and cheese selection were the icing on the cake. Eat here now, as we will not be shocked if Gabriele's name begins to be mentioned next to other great modern Itlaian chefs like Massimo Bottura.

21/08/2024: Without a doubt the best dining experience I have ever had in Italy, and in contention of all time. The setting of the dining area and food itself are so true to the local area. The staff were both friendly and professional from the moment you walk in the door to your departure and took pride in explaining the sources of their ingredients, which are almost entirely drawn from the local area. A landmark of Puglian cuisine, and a must stop for anyone traveling through the area!
17/08/2024: Recently relocated on a terrace with wonderful views on Trani medieval castle, the Di Gennaro family built a close to perfection fine dining Apulian experience. The restaurant is beautiful both inside and outside, refined and perfectly blended in the environment. The service was excellent, kind and friendly with invading our spaces. The restaurant had also no problem into accommodating variations on the menu proposed. But let’s come to the reason to come here, the gastronomical offer of Quintessenza is deeply rooted into the chef local background, relying on seafood and not being afraid of using staples of the regional cuisine twisting them into something more. The menu we tried was a crescendo in intensity and depth but keeping its balance all the way through from the amuses to the dessert. Personal favourites are the Tortellini and the Fusillone with a mention for the Alici fritte and the Coffee almond and lemon dessert.

Relaxing and elegant location that puts you at ease and welcomes families and children of all ages! 25/07/2024: WOW!!! The location, the history, the atmosphere, staff and the food just incredible. The portions of food are extremely generous with complementary breads in between. I would highly recommend sharing so you can try a little bit of everything. The wines were beautiful and the waitresses also spoke English which made it super easy. 10/10 could not fault. Please go here if you have the opportunity it made my Italy holiday it was the exact authentic experience I was hoping for. I unfortunately didn’t take pictures of the food however the building is just so beautiful 600 years old. You won’t regret visiting this amazing restaurant.

21/07/2024: Exceptional experience. It is the second time we visit Arnolfo. This time we tried the summer menu, opting for the Contemporary Renaissance route, all meat-based dishes in perfect Chef Trovato style, obviously we added the pigeon, it's an extra, but unmissable. Arnolfo's cuisine is direct, it makes sense both in the path and in the pairings. Magnificent ingredients with a touch of personality and magic. Exceptional cellar, truly beautiful, with overall correct mark-ups, visit it, they will be happy to show it to you.
30/06/2024: excellent first experience in a 2-star hotel, we had dinner for my partner's birthday, excellent attention to customers, non-invasive, excellent dishes, even with special combinations and you certainly won't leave on an empty stomach, also recommended for people like me might think they feel uncomfortable, they know how to avoid it, right distance between tables for the right intimacy and location which is, in essence, contemporary art, beautiful

We were both happily surprised at the great food and variety of dishes.
Clean, simple but elegant place.

27/07/2024: La Madia is an exceptional restaurant.
The setting is magnificent, uncluttered, there is space, the tables are very spaced apart.
The service is impeccable, of course we don't speak French here and very little English but there is an English version of the menu, and after all, we are in Sicily, let's adapt!
The food: incredible. It's very, very good, original, special mention for the octopus crème brûlée. Said like that it can be scary but this dish particularly amazed us, and we are absolutely not fans of octopus normally. The entire menu was excellent and generous.
The Chef: warm, keen to please: he completely adapted the menu for our daughter who is very picky, and served her an adapted version of each dish, for example replacing fish with zucchini or meat . Having frequented quite a few starred restaurants I think that it would not have been possible anywhere else. Just like us, she had a great time and we all had a wonderful evening.
Thank you for all this, and I invite you to take a trip to Licata, a small town that is not particularly pretty but which hides a gem.

17/08/2024: Io e mio marito abbiamo festeggiato qui il nostro primo anniversario di matrimonio, la location è bellissima, il personale molto gentile ed accogliente, il menù elegante e raffinato e il servizio impeccabile.
Per concludere al meglio il pasto, consigliamo vivamente la "tartelletta", sublime!

25/08/2024: Evitiamo la poesia che in questo locale ne uscirete sazi e andiamo al sodo: gira su te stesso a 360' e non troverai NIENTE fuori posto. Cordialità, professionalità - qualità e lavorazione eccellenti. Volevo alzare la media dei feedback positivi ma è già al massimo ed è giusto mantenerla perché il livello è davvero alto. Difficile trovare di meglio. Godetevela questa esperienza.

Sei nasci da genitori del Sud Italia, vivi in Piemonte e dopo anni di esperienze formative nella ristorazione di qualità stabilisci la tua attività all'interno di un sito artistico eccezionale, con installazioni in un giardino di 16 ettari, dev'esserci un destino che ti spinge verso l'eccellenza.
Sto parlando del ristorante "Non solo eat arts" di J. Sapio, dove abbiamo assaggiato alcune prelibatezze degne dei migliori chef. Dal tortino di verdure su mousse di carota al gelato di vaniglia del Madagascar e zenzero, si comprende la passione che porta quest'uomo alla ricerca di dettaglio e ordine nella preparazione dei suoi piatti.
Di certo l'atmosfera quasi surreale di un gigantesco giardino pieno di suggestive installazioni aiuta, ma non per sminuire, bensì per esaltare, la quiete e il sapore di questo ristorante più unico che raro.
