26/07/2026: We visited this restaurant with my husband for my birthday, and we left with the best impressions. The cuisine was outstanding and very refined. The atmosphere inside is calm and elegant, with soft lighting that immediately makes you feel you are in a truly high-quality restaurant. The food was absolutely wonderful. We ordered burrata, pasta with sea bass, escalope, and desserts, and every dish was delicious. Each plate was prepared with great attention to detail, and you can really feel the passion behind the cuisine. It is clear that the restaurant truly cares about its reputation and the experience of every guest. The service was exceptional. The waiters were very attentive and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our evening. We were served by Gabriele, and we are especially grateful to him. My husband asked him to bring me a dessert with a candle for my birthday, and Gabriele prepared everything exactly as my husband requested, down to the smallest detail. It was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and would happily come back again. Thank you for such a memorable evening!

21/07/2026: What can I say...an incredible experience, absolutely worth trying at least once in your life. Moreno and his wife Mariella are two wonderful people who will welcome and pamper you throughout your dinner. Their cuisine is experimental, researching and innovating, using ingredients and raw materials that connect regions and cultures near and far, creating a harmony and an explosion of flavors on the palate that will send your taste buds into overdrive! The atmosphere is elegant yet informal and relaxed. The dining room staff is very helpful and attentive.

The restaurant itself is beautiful with its old-world charm, the service was very friendly and attentive, and above all, genuine and not at all pretentious. I'll definitely be back! 👍😊

06/04/2026: Amazing hotel, great rooms and superb food

19/08/2026: The evening started well, in a beautiful, elegant room with perfectly air-conditioned surroundings. The oysters arrived 10 minutes after ordering, and were truly delicious and of high quality. Unfortunately, then the problems began: it took 25 minutes for the plate with the oyster shells to be taken away, and another 50 minutes for the second course to be served (after being prompted three times). Between the second and third courses, we waited another 30 minutes. We didn't order dessert; perhaps it would have arrived for breakfast. Jokes aside, no one bothered to notify us of the delay or apologize. No apology came, not even when I complained directly to the owner, who only tried to justify himself, blaming the kitchen for the chef's absence and the staff for poor service. Aside from the oysters, of the six dishes ordered, one was unpresentable, three were passable, and two were inadequate. P.S. maybe it wasn't necessary, but offering a liqueur or a drink at the end of the dinner would have been a polite gesture, perhaps even apologizing (at least once).

18/08/2026: I had the pleasure of enjoying an excellent seafood dinner with my sister. The staff were friendly and professional, the fish was well-cooked, and the first courses were truly exquisite: a perfect balance of flavors. The bill was absolutely fair. 13/08/2026: Lunch. Restaurant with a beautiful view and a quiet atmosphere. Attentive, high-quality but not overly rigid service. Superb food. Four-course tasting menu, all bold, balanced, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Fair value for the quality offered. Excellent option to order different tasting menus for the table or choose à la carte.

13/08/2026: A magical place, an incredible atmosphere with a direct view of the lake, excellent and friendly service, but above all, the food was breathtaking from the first course to the last. Highly recommended are the spaghetti with sea urchins (I haven't found a better execution anywhere in Sicily!), the grilled pigeon (which was enormous and had an indescribable flavor of chargrilled meat and rosemary!), and the gianduiotto (a pâté shaped like a gianduiotto and covered in real chocolate, a unique flavor!). Even the sweets they serve with the coffee were superb. At the end of the meal, they even let us swim in the beautiful, clear lake and provided us with their sun loungers and towels free of charge. The service and experience is definitely worth repeating. Pricey, but in line with the service offered.

17/05/2026: A truly enjoyable lunch. Traditional Roman first courses, divinely cooked and made with authentic ingredients. The place is intimate, and the staff makes you feel welcome right away. Good value for money. Recommended!

13/05/2026: Very cute and intimate restaurant. Excellent food and impeccable service. The appetizer is a must-try because it's exceptional and changes seasonally. But everything is delicious, and it truly feels like being at home. Recommended for both families and couples. Parking is easy.

18/05/2026: For gourmet cicchetti, where the combinations of land and sea result in works of art of taste and presentation. Capacious and fast service with an excellent selection of wines at reasonable prices. The only drawback is the short opening hours, so it's even more worthwhile to go.

16/05/2026: So delicious, they have a unique taste and special in each piece. Worth to wait in the queue. The octopus one was the best. Unfortunately you can’t try everything because the menu will be sold out time to time and renew with new flavors.

21/05/2026: Excellent welcome and great service. I booked for some colleagues and they had a truly wonderful time. After a long day of work, they had an excellent dinner and comfortable rooms. Definitely a place to stay for future trips to the area!

The meal was outstanding, featuring a fantastic fish menu made with incredibly fresh ingredients sourced directly from their own garden. You can truly taste the quality of the herbs and veggies! To top it off, the sommelier recommended a great wine that matched our menu perfectly. Highly delicious and absolutely recommended!

09/04/2026: I found a specific bottle of wine in this shop, but they gave me a vintage that had already gone bad. This is something a wine shop should know. They also charged me double the price. It's a shame, as they did have a nice collection.

12/08/2026: It was an incredible experience, not just because of the dishes, all exceptional, but because Crescenzo, a true host, takes all the time necessary to make you feel pampered, listened to, and served, in a way that almost never happens anywhere else. In the kitchen, Alessandra prepares exceptional dishes. They are a truly complementary pair: Crescenzo, the easygoing one with the gift of the gab that's essential to making you fall in love with this place, and Alessandra, the shy one, who pours all her love into the dishes she serves. They are the perfect duo to make this place unique. Nothing here is commercial, from the drinks to the wines. In a world where appearances prevail over everything, here being has a central place. 09/08/2026: The chef adds a little something extra to traditional cuisine, and the dishes become sublime and contemporary, showcasing the simple yet high-quality ingredients. The service is delightful, and the poems have the vibrancy of a disarming and evocative writing. Not to be missed.
