16/01/2026: A simply extraordinary experience at the Michelin-starred Convivio Troiani restaurant! I chose the tasting menu and it was a truly exceptional experience: dishes magnificent to the eye and memorable to the palate. The service was impeccable, warm, and made you feel immediately at ease, thanks in part to Giuseppe's attentive and professional welcome. Kudos to Chef Angelo for his refined, exciting, and authentic cuisine. A unique experience I can't wait to repeat! ❤️

17/02/2026: A great wine bar with good indoor seating, perfect for a (preferably pre-booked) lunch or dinner.
Perfect location, a 10-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge; a bit hidden, with no foot traffic. For red wine lovers, an Amarone tasting is a must. Otherwise, the wine selection is excellent and not too expensive. The food includes cichetti, excellent antipasti, and a selection of first and second courses. Top quality, with friendly and unobtrusive service. A definite recommendation.
10/02/2026: We had a glass of wine or two which we accompanied with a platter of cheeses and the traditional delicacies of Venice “cicchetti”. Everything was very tasteful and yummy 🤤 The music was what we wanted, too. Really recommend this wine bar!

The spa area, breakfast, room, tea-coffee-cake buffet, staff, location—everything was simply excellent, welcoming, varied, and simply fantastic.
28/02/2026: Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Since the buffet and the seating area are a bit apart, some back and forth walking is needed until you can actually start with your breakfast.
Cake and coffee in the afternoon is a really nice add-on.
Drinks at the bar are overpriced, though.

23/01/2026: Private restaurant; you have to ring to be let in. Be careful not to trip over the carpets that fill the room to make it somewhat soundproof.
04/01/2026: ...you ring and... it's the best anticipation you can have, because you know what awaits you, or rather, you think so!!
You're immediately greeted with courtesy and elegance, right up to the restaurant entrance where I'll wait for you to put away your jacket or coat.
Then you're escorted to your table, and from there the lust begins.
Knowing what's cooking is fantastic, with fantastic pairings and exquisite ingredients.
I assure you that with just two simple things to start the aperitif (mortadella and schiacciata), you'll already be in raptures.
A menu rich in variety, from fish to seasonal truffles, game, and vegan options, so your imagination will fill your taste buds.
@Matteo Ugolotti, the Chef, and his entire team, do truly extraordinary things, so what are you waiting for... go and enjoy yourself, feeling at home with grace and ease.

25/02/2026: Pure excellence. I've been going to Malga Panna for over 10 years now. And tonight I can still say I had a wonderful evening. The tasting menu was creative, full of surprises, but above all, incredibly delicious. Afterwards, for someone as passionate about Italian wine as I am, I had the pleasure of speaking with passionate and incredibly knowledgeable sommeliers. Two sommeliers who know how to listen and understand the right direction to delight and surprise their customers. I highly recommend Malga Panna to anyone who loves an extraordinary dinner at a restaurant, and I'm already looking forward to my next vacation in the Dolomites next year so I can return to Malga Panna.
23/02/2026: It was simply a perfect evening.
The venue is beautiful; we were in a small room with a fireplace, and the staff who served us were helpful and impeccable.
Every dish we chose came back to the kitchen completely cleaned; everything was truly excellent.
On top of that, there were so many little touches and pampering that made the experience special and memorable.

06/03/2026: Amazing experience at iO. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish had incredible flavor and you could tell a lot of thought went into how each course was prepared and presented.
The service was also exceptional. David, my waiter, took time to explain each dish in detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable and helped me appreciate every ingredient behind the food.
I highly recommend for a date night or going solo if you are a food lover.

The restaurant, with its limited number of tables, is rather quiet and not at all like a typical trattoria, which would be loud and cramped – it's something very special with a fresh, modern concept.
The menu is high-quality and, with its à la carte option OR the choice of a 4/5/6-course set menu, is definitely for those who appreciate flavor.
Enjoyable, incredibly delicious, and unique – reservations are absolutely essential.

30/12/2025: We went for lunch. I must say, the selection was truly excellent. The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. The menu was traditional yet contemporary. We had cacciucchino crostini, which were tasty and delicate. The octopus on mashed potatoes was incredibly soft and delicious. The octopus spaghetti with olives was delicious, and the scampi ravioli garnished with shrimp and squid and chopped black olives. The bisque was amazing, and the bisque made all the difference. We also had two glasses of fragrant Terricciola Vermentino. Compliments to the kitchen and management.
Price in line with what we ordered, about €40 per person.
Definitely recommended.

03/03/2026: Spending an evening at 12 Apostoli is certainly a truly unforgettable experience.
An ancient restaurant, simply wonderful, where you can breathe history, culture, and passion, with a relaxed atmosphere.
The staff were impeccable: kind, attentive, and always smiling.
Each course is prepared down to the smallest detail, with authentic but not always surprising flavors. The appetizers are admirable, with a wide array of flavors. The sea bass and goat cheese wafer is a real surprise. Fantastic.
It's a shame about the first course, where my wife didn't like the smell and taste of the oven-dried yeast... and it is indeed very unique. And the same must be said for the partridge with pearà and brown stock, where the very tender meat was overpowered by a pearà that was truly... too peppery.
The wine pairings were good, except for the Barolo, which was perhaps a little dull for the accompanying courses. The sweet wine paired with the desserts was excellent... perhaps a little expensive!
The requirement that all diners must choose the same route is limiting.

01/12/2025: This place was phenomenal. Every single detail was perfect - the setting, the food, the wine and the service. We were thoroughly impressed with everything. Albino is extremely knowledgeable and selected an outstanding wine and Serena's dishes were divine. Thoroughly recommend!
10/10/2025: On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, a bright, full-moon evening, we were guests at the Ristorante "baglio."
For starters, we enjoyed a freshly caught scampi tartare on crisp, aromatic leaf salad and a portion of flavorful eggplant cubes with tomatoes and Parmesan. For the main course, we had freshly caught lobster with tagliatelle, and for dessert, we chose a lemon cake drenched in fine limoncello. Everything was masterfully and tastefully prepared by Serena in the kitchen and served by her husband, a competent and caring host.
All this in the unique ambiance of the terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.

04/11/2025: Great spot for breakfast!! As a family of non-vegans, we loved everything we got here. The smoothie bowl was super light and refreshing - a nice break from all the pastries we had been eating. The owners were the loveliest people we met on the whole trip. It was very clear that they truly care about their customers.
16/10/2025: What a pleasure to find this place in Riomaggiore! We had all our breakfasts there. The welcome is extremely warm, I loved the yogurt bowl and the many choices of fresh fruit for the smoothies 🌱
