We eat both traditional Bolognese cuisine
And also fish-based specialties for which it is renowned.
20/06/2024: We ended up there a bit by chance but it was a wonderful discovery. Really good staff, competent, welcoming, non-intrusive and available to talk and advise (for example we took a French wine which was really appreciated). We mainly ate fish, the presentation of the dishes was beautiful but above all the taste was excellent. Compliments to the chef and all the staff!

28/05/2024: Typical Bolognese cuisine, the hospitality in the garden was appreciated and I recommend the trio of first courses offered to us... the carpaccio with honey, mustard and apple was excellent... I will certainly return on my next visit to Made Bologna

Questa volto però i piatti erano più scarsi. Qualità un po’ peggiorata. I fritti immangiabili. Carne dura

17/07/2024: A really beautiful place, both in terms of architecture and furnishings. The atmosphere is excellent and the staff is very helpful and attentive. Typical quality local cuisine, if I have to find some faults perhaps only on some cured meats, but otherwise everything is perfect. I will definitely return to try other dishes.

11/07/2024: Don't fall for the hype. The food is only just ok, a bit lacking on flavor. We had the tortellini with butter and sage, and the rissotto. Both were only average. The spouse had the slice beef with balsamic dress, again average. It was not worth the trek.
08/07/2024: Fabulous lunch here. All the pasta is freshly made and delicious. Deserts were wonderful. If we'd found it earlier in our holiday we would have come back.

15/07/2024: Trattoria discovered by chance which... turned out to be fantastic! In my opinion excellent Bolognese cuisine. I chose the menu of the day and the tagliatelle with meat sauce turned out to be superlative! The service was efficient even though it was lunch time.
