06/04/2024: Elegant place.....perfect food....will be back

01/04/2024: We've been wanting to try it for a long time and found a place for dinner. Very traditional menu but what we had was really good: potato and truffle agnolotti, tagliolini with truffle (a large portion comes) and wild boar hunter style with baked potatoes. Last, but not least, the desserts: walnut cake with coffee cream and apple flan with vanilla cream, the latter superlative. The service was very attentive, punctual and helpful. We will return, perhaps in the summer to see the sunset. To try!

02/04/2024: A fantastic restaurant. What about the staff: although tired, the professionalism is impeccable. Always kind, he makes you feel like a guest at home. A beautiful place emerging in the greenery of the Parma hills (Solignano) Menu. Fantastic we chose a different menu so we could taste everyone. The fried dumplings and the dumplings were something we hadn't eaten in years. So good. it was 11 years ago!! Yes, I have already been when our daughter was only 8 months old. Due to commitments it was not possible to go earlier. I have never forgotten how good I felt. Ha ha I haven't forgotten about the owner. 02/04/2024: Off the beaten path, close to the main road in the heart of parma. Nice large place with a large menu. The house wine was great, the pasta was good, and the meat plate was large. The waiter never returned, and we had to figure out how to check out. Watch your bill as they charged us for 3 wines when we had 2. When I questioned it, she gave me my money back without even asking the waiter.

30/03/2024: First time at dinner, I found a warm and welcoming environment with soft lights, very kind staff. What can I say about the courses, tortelli with chard and pork coppa with caramelized onions were extraordinary, then the freshly made tiramisu was like eating a soft cloud. Two magnums of red and white wine recommended and truly enjoyable. The bill was a real surprise, I expected much more given the quality and instead everything was very affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ps: the last photo has nothing to do with it but I can't delete it 🤷‍♂️

18/03/2024: There are taverns and OSTERIE. In this historic inn there is everything. The food is superb, tortelli this good are very rare, a perfect proposal, in harmony with the local gastronomic tradition. Nice and original environment. Hospitality and friendliness of all the staff. Highly recommended!

04/04/2024: I ate divinely All done to perfection with genuine, natural, state-of-the-art flavours! Trio of exceptional Tortelli, delicious pappardelle with asparagus and what can we say about the donkey stew and the very tender and perfectly cooked veal ossobuco!!!! Which break with a breadstick but are compact!! And the trifle with black cherries in syrup and the rum chocolate salami with eggnog cream as they used to be made when I started working as a Chef in 1976 at the Tre Vecchio in front of the Diana restaurant in via Indipendenza in Bologna... Anyone who knows the good restaurants of the past can understand!!! And the bill::: icing on the cake!!!! And all seasoned by a family management that pampers you with every course!! Excellent value for money!!! And said by "one of the professionals" with all those who improvise as restaurateurs nowadays, it's worth double!!! Kind regards from the Chef Villiam Campani!!!!

29/03/2024: I had lunch with friends, everything was good and the food was of excellent quality, we were served by a truly kind and welcoming lady, very expert, we will definitely be back, compliments to the chef!!

03/04/2024: Great menu and everything was delicious. Nice variety with local specialities and a wide selection of meats. Great wild boar ragu, interesting pidgeon rice bomb and pork trio!! Be careful of the alcoholic cherry dessert !

26/03/2024: Price quality too high. We ate a steak which, in addition to not being rare as described on the menu, was also full of ribs that were difficult to cut and impossible to eat. Good tortelli, but it can be improved. Torta Susanna did not pass the exam. Excellent service, welcoming and friendly staff. The environment is very beautiful.

07/04/2024: Spectacular cured meats, first courses worthy of Parmigiana cuisine. Only the room is too noisy, a sound-absorbing modification is needed so that you can also chat with your guests.

04/04/2024: Parma speciality restaurant. Mostly horse meat and prosciutto menu, less vegetarian. The portion is more than enough. Many local guests especially on the weekend. Without Reservation is a little bit difficult to get the table, only if we are lucky.
