10/02/2025: Flan di zucca For Asians, eating purple cabbage is not an easy thing to get used to because it has a bitter taste that we don’t like. But this restaurant successfully overcomes it. The filling of this dish has a rich cream cheese aroma and fluffy texture. The purple cabbage underneath only emits a bitter aftertaste, and cleverly takes away the buttery taste that would otherwise be cloying and increases the edibility. In addition, the purple cabbage is stewed until it is properly soft, which can increase the taste while maintaining the consistency of the dish itself. Sorbetto Limone This dessert is incredible. It has the loose texture of smoothie but the hardness of light cake at the same time. It is hard to guess how this dessert is shaped. When you scrape off the spoon and put it into your mouth, you will be surprised by its light texture. This dessert is also the reason why we added a tip in the end. It is so unforgettable!

28/02/2025: Sono stato a cena poco fa in questo ristorante stellato. Inizialmente ero un po' perplesso, perché la prima cosa che è arrivata sul tavolo è stata l'acqua minerale di marca San Pellegrino. Da un ristorante di quel livello mi sarei aspettato, anche se non una vera e propria "carta delle acque minerali", almeno un'acqua minerale meno dozzinale. Dopo però, l'esperienza per il palato è stata spettacolare; vere e proprie sinfonie di sapori miscelati con dovizia e attenzione.

20/02/2025: Sotto consiglio di due cari amici abbiamo deciso di optare per il menù a mano libera, a cura dello chef, che consigliamo vivamente. siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti e colpiti dal connubio perfetto tra cucina romagnola e sudamericana, tra carne, pesce e vegetali. I sapori studiati ed equilibrati, materie prime ricercate e di ottima qualità in una fantastica location curata nei minimi dettagli. un servizio impeccabile ma informale e leggero, un ambiente giovanile ma attento a tutte le richieste. i nostri più cari complimenti a Salvatore e tutti i ragazzi dello staff, siete simpaticissimi e molto esperti, torneremo al più presto!

13/02/2025: It is a not very large but very welcoming place located high up, next to an ancient tower, in a green setting overlooking the sea. The dishes offered vary daily and are treated with the care of "nouvelle cuisine" but, despite their particularity, they are not pretentious and, I must say, very good. The choice of wines is also good. Exceptional service. I was there in the winter but the location invites a visit in the summer. It is also important to book well in advance.

20/02/2025: A rather interesting and incredible discovery. Really nice and personal place that I couldn't describe in words. Run by a small, very humble and very polite family who, when they bring the dishes to the table, also explain the Eritrean culture... a truly speechless experience. We will definitely be back because the food is really delicious. The place is very clean and full of paintings of Eritrean culture, very very beautiful.

18/02/2025: Recensione: Se siete in giro per il centro di Roma e volete concedervi una pausa gastronomica autentica, questo piccolo negozietto di salumi e formaggi è una tappa obbligata! L’accoglienza è sempre calorosa: il personale, oltre a essere simpaticissimo, riesce a farti sentire come a casa e ti guida con passione nella scelta dei migliori prodotti, consigliando anche ottimi abbinamenti. La vera star? La loro focaccia con la porchetta: semplicemente spettacolare! Ingredienti freschissimi, porchetta succulenta e una generosità nelle porzioni che non lascia certo a desiderare. Un perfetto equilibrio tra sapori decisi e profumi irresistibili. Ci sono tornato più volte, portando la mia ragazza, familiari e amici, e ogni volta è stata un’esperienza da ricordare. Se amate il buon cibo e l’atmosfera conviviale, non potete perdervelo!

19/02/2025: They have recently changed the menu. The quality is much worse. We ordered 3 pastas carbonara and instead of guanciale they had bacon and the egg cream was curdled and had too much oil. Obviously there is not a single Italian eating here and there are many tourists due to the reviews and the location. We will not repeat the experience.

05/01/2025: great atmosphere, great service and, above all, very tasty food. Also, what our celiac child loved was a very tasty gluten-free pizza. gluten-free "just" pizza, no pasta, but according to the child it was the tastiest of the ones she was able to test during her short vacation.
