04/04/2026: We stayed here for my husband's birthday. We found the atmosphere meticulously designed, with spacious rooms where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The apartments are clean and tidy, equipped with every comfort. The restaurant is charming, with just a few impeccably set tables. Inside, there's a fireplace where the meat is cooked freshly, a detail that, in my opinion, makes all the difference. We enjoyed the spa, two hours of pure relaxation for our exclusive use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a few days to recharge. A special compliment goes to all the staff and the owners. 01/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Casa Sgarra, and I have to say it was nothing short of sensational. The setting is extremely refined and elegant, but the surprising thing is that it never makes you feel wrong or out of place. The welcome is warm and they pamper you from start to finish, starting with the delicious welcome amuse-bouche. You can taste the passion and precision with which the dishes are prepared in every flavor. You taste each dish and it's natural to say, "Wow, what a blast!" For example: I'm not particularly fond of fish, yet the calamari as an appetizer was spectacular. The suckling pig was also wonderful, cooked and treated to perfection. My partner chose amberjack (for his main course) and was more than thrilled! The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the high quality of the cuisine. It's an experience I highly recommend and a place I would definitely return to with great pleasure.

Special mention for the lasagna (absolutely divine!), the homemade mozzarella, and the charcuterie. The tiramisu is exceptional, as is the lemon cake! A must-visit, and a huge thank you again to the owner and his wife for their hospitality.

14/06/2026: After booking months in advance, and at the culmination of a trip to northern Italy with my Belgian girlfriend, we finally had lunch at Centro in Priocca. The atmosphere was sublime, the welcome phenomenal, and we truly felt pampered and at home. The traditional Piedmontese tasting menu left us literally speechless; dishes like the Russian salad or the reinterpretation of bread, butter, and anchovies in the shape of agnolotti del plin were breathtaking. My girlfriend and I had a culinary experience of the highest caliber, and our recommendation is to come to Elide and let yourself be pampered by her cuisine. A huge thank you and applause to the many staff, waiters, waiters, and sommeliers who guided us on this journey, demonstrating incredible professionalism, including having to explain the dishes and wines first in Italian and then in French so that my girlfriend could fully understand the entire process. You were truly phenomenal, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

For a first visit, I recommend the tasting menu (€125); you'll leave with a clear idea of ​​the strong points and the small imperfections. Excellent selection of champagnes.
