07/03/2026: Highly recommended. This is our second time here, we loved it the first time, and we went back yesterday with friends. The burgers, beers, and meat are delicious. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. SUPERB.

30/01/2026: I really wanted to try this restaurant, so I decided to share this wonderful experience with my husband. The restaurant is modern and warm, and what made us feel truly welcomed was the professionalism of the staff throughout the meal. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and the service was excellent: attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed throughout the tasting menu. The local philosophy shines through in every course, which struck me with their vibrant aromas and colors. The flavors are truly explosive, and I was truly surprised by the emphasis placed on herbs and so many natural ingredients. We chose two tasting menus, paired with wines and cheeses. It's undoubtedly an experience, one that also allows you to discover new things about wine. The bread and butter are truly delicious. I will remember this day fondly, as the staff was so helpful in preparing a surprise I'd really wanted for my husband at the end of the meal. They were professional and helpful, and we were very happy ♥️

First and foremost, the service and organization... the owner was very flexible, and even the young man who looked after our table was truly impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Every wish was fulfilled. The prices were truly fair for the quality of the food. Not to mention the welcoming atmosphere with attention to detail. Hats off!

30/12/2025: Stopped in for lunch by chance. Excellent and plentiful appetizers with delicious first courses...perhaps a little sparse...but I'm a big fan. The value for money exceeded expectations. The place has only a few tables, but it's clean and discreet. The owners are kind and professional.

22/02/2026: One of the most pleasant dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. We were in town to watch the Olympics and booked this place a few weeks in advance. She did the vegetarian tasting menu and I did the meat one. Incredible fresh and local food (a lot of game meat for me, which was delightful) and the portions were HUGE. Like we had to force ourselves to only eat 50-60% of some plates, which felt like a crime, in order to keep appetite for the end. Drink pairings were perfect, Fabio deserves a raise! Juan Jose was welcoming, and knowledgeable as our server too. 10/10 recommend, and come hungry if you do a tasting menu 🤌

29/12/2025: We happened upon this place by chance with a group of friends after a lovely tour of the trulli. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Francesco, who, with great warmth and knowledge, recommended a good Primitivo wine (we ended up drinking three bottles). The appetizers (fritters, pickled vegetables, cheeses, salami, and capocollo from Martina Franca) were all excellent. So if you want to drink good wine in a nice place accompanied by delicious appetizers, Paco Wines is the place to go.

08/12/2025: We immediately felt at ease. Francesco welcomed us with professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. He was able to understand and fulfill our every wish, both in terms of wine and food. The quality of the ingredients and the variety of choices are excellent, so I can only highly recommend him. Thank you, Francesco! We'll be back soon and bring our other friends too!

19/02/2026: A wonderful Valentine's evening, marred by bad weather, was superbly managed by the excellent wait staff and the chef, who interacted with all the guests at the end of the evening. Excellent cuisine and a beautiful location, which we'll be able to explore more fully weather permitting.

23/02/2026: I've been to Intervallo Restaurant and I have to say it was a wonderful experience! The waitresses are truly lovely and kind, always smiling and attentive to their customers. The service was quick and professional. The food? Truly excellent! You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the dishes. Sincere compliments to the chef and the cooks for their great work in the kitchen 👏 I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well in Grosseto!

05/11/2025: Being in Lucca for several days, for my daughter wedding. Looking for the best lampredotto sandwich available, unfortunately not available at Fiaschetto, because they were out for the day, and preparing antipasti for a... wedding the next day! Fortunately for me, the same weeding that we were! :D Sooo, they brought me one lampredotto at the wedding! Excellent taste, excellent service level, I would warmly recommend Fiaschetto

Each dish demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and technique: the artichoke in two textures is surprising in its creativity and flavor, while the Percorsi tagliolini perfectly reflects the restaurant's unique identity. The haute cuisine, select ingredients, and gourmet menu make for a complete and refined experience. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. The wine list is truly curated. If you're looking for a true fine dining experience on Lake Bracciano, this restaurant is a must-try!

18/01/2026: Excellent experience. We loved everything about it, from the venue to the food, and the service. The atmosphere is typical of a tavern, as it should be. The wine selection is beautiful and vast; we didn't try the spirits, but we noticed a few very good bottles. There were four of us and we wanted to try everything: mixed appetizers, typical Maremma first courses (the tagliolini with truffle and venison prague were exquisite), Florentine steak for the main course, side dishes, and desserts. Everything was perfect, the price was in line with the quantity and quality of the food. I absolutely recommend it ;)

26/02/2026: An extraordinary lunch, with a menu and ambiance reminiscent of the flavors of the forest floor. While I wasn't entirely sold on all the courses, I found the dishes consistently consistent with the restaurant's style. The cave cardoncello mushrooms were delicious. I really appreciated the young chef's greeting at the end of the meal, a thoughtful gesture he extended to all the tables.
