02/12/2025: The owners created an excellent charcuterie and cheese selection for my recent visit to Umbria. Fantastic flavors and representation of local products. We will be back next time we are in Italy.

I recommend the intriguing tortelloni with artichokes
A traditional finanziera that recalls the flavors of yesteryear.
The pleasant surprise of a sumptuous homemade strawberry sorbet, as well as bread, breadsticks, and focaccia.
The team, led by the owner, is excellent.
It's worth the culinary journey.

07/12/2025: Last night, we went here for the first time for pizza after seeing the ad on social media. What can I say?! Fantastic experience! Matteo welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly and professional. As we spoke, he conveyed his passion and made us feel at home even though we aren't Sardinian. I wanted a parmigiana pizza, while my boyfriend had an off-menu pizza with antunna, ricotta mustia, and bacon. Both were made with regular dough, although there were other toppings available. Both were excellent and very tasty. The dessert Matteo offered us at the end was also excellent. We will definitely be back, both for the delicious pizzas and for the warm welcome we received. Thanks for everything, we'll see you soon!

The atmosphere is refined, with a beautiful view outside.
The owner is incredibly kind.

Recommended, especially the menu they offer.
03/04/2026: We not only dined here but also stayed overnight, which made the experience extra special. The room was simple but fully equipped and, above all, very clean.
We opted for the extensive menu with wine pairings, and that was absolutely the right choice. The dishes were surprising and refined, with the carpaccio, ravioli, and maiale nero being the real highlights. The wines were excellently chosen and paired incredibly well with every dish.
The service deserves special mention: very attentive, with a high level of service without ever becoming stiff or formal. We received a clear and pleasant explanation with every dish. You can feel the family involvement and passion everywhere.
Breakfast was also perfectly catered for, again with the same warm and attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble.
The overall experience naturally comes with a price tag, but that is more than justified — after all, it remains a Michelin-starred restaurant. Moreover, the fact that you can also stay overnight here is a great added value.
We felt particularly welcome from start to finish. Everything is local, prepared with care and passion. Highly recommended.

We tried the classic tasting menu and it was truly extraordinary: each dish was an explosion of flavors, taking us on a true journey through the Carnic region. An authentic experience and highly recommended.
The wine tasting was also very interesting and thoughtful, with unconventional choices perfectly paired with the dishes, bringing out every nuance.
Finally, the service was impeccable: the staff were professional, attentive, and exceptionally kind. One detail we greatly appreciated was the attention given to our dog, for whom a small bowl of homemade meat kibble was prepared, along with water.
A truly worthwhile experience.

23/03/2026: I'd been meaning to dine at this historic restaurant for a while, and the opportunity came during a visit to the splendid Basaglia exhibition in Gorizia. Like all interesting places, it's not easy to get to, but once you arrive, it offers all the beauty and goodness you've been looking for. Traditional dishes are expertly prepared, sometimes with a sublime twist. There's an excellent selection of wines by the glass (I think the most extensive I've ever seen in a restaurant), as well as beers and, for those who still have some, spirits, as if there were no tomorrow, as if there were no tortuous road back (you can, however, stay there). The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. A highly recommended experience.
07/02/2026: Located in a secluded but easily accessible location. Good quality cuisine featuring regional products with a modern twist, and especially for local wines, a well-stocked cellar. Service is competent and discreet. Prices aren't quite like an inn. Nice dining room, but nothing memorable. Excellent cleanliness, easy parking inside the building. Perhaps our very high expectations have led me to give it 4 stars rather than 5, but it's always a matter of personal taste.

29/03/2026: The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
The cured meats were delicious, and the glass of local wine was quite generous. The prices were fair; perhaps some things could be better, but overall, I highly recommend the place.
The location is definitely central, with a beautiful view of the square and the panorama overlooking the northern part of the village.

07/02/2026: We ate at the Blaue Traube restaurant in Algund and were very satisfied. The food was excellent, freshly prepared, and tasted fantastic. The service was also friendly, attentive, and quick. You immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Overall, a great restaurant that we would definitely recommend and would gladly visit again.
25/01/2026: We visited the Blaue Traube at the beginning of January – and honestly: it was the best meal we've had in a long time. The taste was top-notch, perfectly balanced, and simply delicious. Highly recommended!

19/04/2026: We opted to be amazed by the Lascia fare a Filippo e Tommaso menu, and we were very satisfied with our choice. Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience.
A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.

17/04/2026: I've eaten at two Michelin-starred restaurants. That said, I can confidently say I've never eaten so well in my life. Furthermore, for the quality of the food, the prices are incredibly fair—the same as places where you're fed chunks of fish floating in oil with no flavor other than garlic and parsley. The service isn't overly formal; in fact, despite the subdued, peaceful atmosphere (a small oasis of relaxation amidst the chaos outside), the staff immediately put you at ease and are incredibly understanding, even with small children who are certainly not stuck at the table. Thank you so much for this culinary and human experience. Don't change, and if we return, we'll definitely be back. ♡

Then the pumpkin flowers are amazing! Juicy with plant smell, tartare is beautiful!
