21/10/2025: It feels like being at home in the Alta Langa, in a country house where traditional Piedmontese cuisine is revisited with taste and lightness. It offers a meat menu, an unusual fish menu, and, in October, we also discovered the Truffle Menu. The potato and hazelnut gnocchi on a Castelmagno cream and the crispy egg on a Castelmagno base with truffle shavings are exquisite (€4.50 per gram). The seafood menu also offers a delicious brisée tartlet with calamari and scallops on a cream of zucchini. To finish, a Madernassa pear caramelized in red wine with cinnamon ice cream and a selection of complimentary pastries. The service is friendly and discreet, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. Beautiful decor, complemented by vintage items that complement the ambiance, is also a highlight. Free parking is available.

04/12/2025: The extraordinary nature of the food, the research, the innovation, the therapeutic and enriching aromas in the glass to be enjoyed alongside the delicious venison (see attached photo), a science-fiction and wonderfully concrete solution, was to be expected; but you are always amazed. The added value is truly the welcome of the very young staff with rich professional backgrounds and an admirable desire to learn, which fills the incomparable tasting experience with joy, knowledge, and kindness, especially in the greater quiet of lunch. Delicious initial tastings, licorice risotto richer in the sensations of a natural forest, venison (as mentioned) with a captivating sauce. Desserts (13 tastings) with an impressive breadth of flavors. Wine by the glass is central to every stage. Congratulations!

26/10/2025: The ambiance and taste are simply outstanding. However, the portion sizes are very small, even for haute cuisine. The South Tyrolean down-to-earthness, which is emphasized throughout, might even give you hope that you'll be satisfied, even on a rather expensive evening.

17/11/2025: Very cozy wine bar in the downtown Marsala, offering an excellent selection of local wines and a great service with a guided distinction between wines and Marsala spirits. All immersed in a soft lounge music. Worth a visit, but bring a designated driver with you!
30/10/2025: A glass of Marsale, some local canapés, and a chat with the wine shop owners made us feel right at home. The positive experience wasn't just the tasting, but the whole experience, as described. Every place I visit in Sicily leaves me with an indelible memory. A warm greeting from the people of Alto Adige.

02/12/2025: An excellent journey through the flavors of our land, with excellent products and impeccable service. Excellent wines paired with the dishes. A beautiful location with the majestic backdrop of the Gran Sasso. A lovely touch was Mora the dog, who was running around next to the "Serra di Bruna"...a special treat for me. Highly recommended for a unique sensory journey through the authentic flavors of Abruzzo.
30/11/2025: Simply exceptional. From appetizers to dessert, you'll enjoy a true experience savoring unique dishes, savoured not only by their superb presentation but also by their deliciousness. I recommend pairing them with wines for a truly complete experience.

13/11/2025: A small backstreet restaurant in small-town Frascati that really delivers quality food - well sourced and cooked with style. My Lamb Scottadito was crisp, crunchy, meaty and hot, just out of the oven, and accompanied by crisp oven roasted potatoes. Fine lamb, done right. A starter of lightly fried zucchini was a surprise, crispy, tasty, salty, and great with my beer. Lovely restaurant, lovely people. Recommended.
21/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance, unfortunately it is a bit hidden and therefore not very popular, I promised myself to return several times as we had a great time, excellent preparation of meals, good value for money, kindness, cleanliness, wi-fi, I highly recommend it

02/11/2025: There's no need to rush when warm music suddenly envelops you, and without realizing it, you feel drawn to the place where the sound arises. You enter, and with the harmony of the sound, you're greeted by smiles of a kindness that feels sincere. There's no doubt about the right place to stop for a meal worthy of the setting, enveloped by warm jazz, the tones of stone and tuff. I'm at the Van Westerhout restaurant in Mola di Bari, renowned for its dishes respectful of tradition, enriched by elegant pairings and the pleasure of a taste both ancient and new. 07/12/2025: Last night, we went here for the first time for pizza after seeing the ad on social media. What can I say?! Fantastic experience! Matteo welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly and professional. As we spoke, he conveyed his passion and made us feel at home even though we aren't Sardinian. I wanted a parmigiana pizza, while my boyfriend had an off-menu pizza with antunna, ricotta mustia, and bacon. Both were made with regular dough, although there were other toppings available. Both were excellent and very tasty. The dessert Matteo offered us at the end was also excellent. We will definitely be back, both for the delicious pizzas and for the warm welcome we received. Thanks for everything, we'll see you soon!

23/10/2025: I ordered two take-out pizzas, and besides being very kind, they were also very friendly. The pizzas were very good, perhaps too thin for my taste, but other than that, nothing to complain about. The only flaw is perhaps that the place is very small and gets very crowded in the evenings.

17/11/2025: What else can I say but praise this gastronomic excellence? Delicious dishes, a varied menu with Romagna and national dishes, such as tagliatelle with ragù and baked lasagna, wild boar stew combined with ethnic or vegetarian dishes, all with a selection of the highest quality ingredients. The fresh and fragrant fried porcini mushrooms were an excellent appetizer, but the ricotta and mascarpone ravioli with porcini sauce, or the passatelli with crispy bacon, were also delicious. The wild boar and Jerusalem artichokes were also exquisite. To finish, two truly phenomenal desserts, still in keeping with tradition, a Mont Blanc and an extraordinarily light tiramisu. But ask and you'll see they'll be happy to show you the beauty of the meticulously maintained restaurant, with tableware handmade by a disabled cooperative who made every dish unique, doors designed by Tonino Guerra, and more. The prices are absolutely competitive, making the price-quality ratio one of the best in the world. Let's not forget the location: less than half an hour from Rimini, a quarter of an hour from Santarcangelo, you reach this village at the foot of a spectacular mountain, with a magnificent view of the lower valley, stretching from Gabicce to Cervia. Considering the social function that the management cooperative aims to promote and cultivate, I'd say everyone should experience this splendid corner of Romagna and the Marecchia Valley at least once.

06/10/2025: I speak as a Neapolitan who was fed pizza. We happened to pass through this little town one day. It was around 8:00 PM. We were hungry, and the little ones were crying for the same reason. Then this little pizzeria appeared under the arcades. We stopped and ordered four pizzas. The owners treated us wonderfully, even though it only seats 20, and they immediately found us a table for the four of us. As soon as they brought our pizzas, we were speechless. I immediately noticed that the dough was made with biga, a very rare ingredient in small-town pizzerias. The toppings were top-quality, with Agerola fior di latte cheese, among the best in Italy, if not the world. And what can I say? A unique flavor, but above all, easy to digest. In fact, we ordered another one to take away, which we ate when we got home. There were a lot of people waiting outside that evening, but they still made it very quickly, a sign of good organization. Since then, once a month, we go to Arluno to eat pizza at Stuzzi, even though we live in Monza. Top top top
