Even as a wine professional, I very rarely open a restaurant review by discussing the wine program — but this place delivered flawless wine service from start to finish. Starting with my pet peeve: no one said “wonderful selection, sir,” as if a sommelier would ever say “lousy selection, sir.” The sommelier was excellent at reading our visual cues, attentive without being intrusive. We had a great table, cantilevered over the water a perfect spot for lunch while watching all the activity on the water. The food was fantastic: well-timed, beautifully executed, and incredibly flavorful. Looking forward to coming back next year.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 40th birthday at this venue. Cleliana and the entire staff looked after us impeccably, finding the perfect solution for me, allowing me to celebrate in this wonderful place. I'll be back for dinner to try the menus, but for location and service, we're in the top five in the region.

A truly unique experience at this lakeside restaurant Location: 10 Menu: 10 Service: 10 Bill: 9 Considering the location and the type of venue, I consider it an elegant and refined establishment. The culinary offerings are truly excellent and impeccable, with a refined, gourmet style. I highly recommend it in every way. The bill is average, verging on the high side. But for the food and the experience they offer, it's worth every penny.

I've been passionate about food since I was a child, thanks to my grandfather. Sitting at his table was magical, like entering a new world every time... I love cooking and eating. Because of this great passion, my wife and I have visited many restaurants, both Michelin-starred and otherwise... Piccolo Lago is different. There are several restaurants that have struck us and are dear to our hearts, but Piccolo Lago, the kindness of the dining room, the location, and Marco Sacco's cuisine are something else entirely... After much wandering, we have finally found the restaurant of our soul. The one you want to return to often, for special occasions or simply to experience a moment of peace and love with your family. Yesterday we went there with my grandparents, and it was one of the most complete and exciting gastronomic experiences of my life. Everything a restaurant should have is there at Piccolo Lago. Thank you. You are wonderful.

The food, the atmosphere, the service, everything was wonderful.

It was absolutely amazing! The menus are beautifully curated, and I really appreciate the option to choose between à la carte and the set menu. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening and a menu I’ll never forget - especially the best pasta I’ve ever had!

I’ve eaten in many Michelin star restaurants around the world and this place blew me away. I’ve got no idea why they lost their stars because in my opinion, they totally deserve them. Best spritz and carbonara I’ve ever had!
