13/05/2024: Seems like they try too hard to be high class. The dinner was average. Pastas were not hot.

22/04/2024: experience of the highest level...open kitchen from which very beautiful and tasty dishes emerge...the service is attentive and very kind...exclusive and refined environment...the owner is a true gentleman from times gone by.

16/07/2024: Back in the area after 2 years. We drove 35 km specifically to enjoy the atmosphere and dishes again. Can only confirm what I wrote before, a must-do. Very cozy restaurant with a cozy, romantic terrace, just a little higher in the village with a beautiful view of the central square. The dishes are very tasty at normal prices. The service and friendliness of father and daughter are excellent. Dad regularly comes to the table to chat in his juicy English with an Italian accent. Great, if you are in the area be sure to make a reservation in time and visit. (And don't be disturbed by the theatrically noisy Americans who are too numerous in the village).

07/07/2024: We shared three pastas and each one was unique and delicious. The restaurant is run by a multigenerational family and you could tell their passion and commitment to great food and customer service. The restaurant is located in a small, historic, hill top town right in the middle of the main square and exuded plenty of old world charm. Certainly off the beaten path and Highly recommended.

15/07/2024: I CAN ONLY SAY THAT WE RETURNED FROM THE PROVINCE OF FLORENCE JUST TO BE ABLE TO LIVE THE EXPERIENCE IN THIS PLACE... EXCELLENT FOOD. CLEAN PLACE AND A GOOD CELLAR. YOUNG BUT VERY AVAILABLE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND LAST BUT PERHAPS THE MOST IMPORTANT, THE OWNERS SPECTACULAR AND WELCOMING... 03/06/2024: A lovely little restaurant, with a friendly welcome despite being busy. Delicious food and a double-check from our waiter if everything was ok, as I was unable to finish my portion (all good, I was just full). Would recommend for great food, atmosphere, price and staff.

15/07/2024: Più che una recensione queste poche righe sono un vero ringraziamento a Crescenzo e Alessandra, appassionati e resistenti nel loro sogno realizzato di accogliere i viandanti cucinando per loro cibi sopraffini (a filiera cortissima e ricercatissima), immersi in musica e poesia.. Tenere in vita questa Isola che non c' è è da visionari e coraggiosi, e i nostri anfitrioni lo sono davvero. Abbiamo assaggiato una zuppa fredda di cicerchie, menta e pomodoro semplicemente commovente (non trovo altre parole per descrivere la gioia a ogni boccone..)condita con un olio sopraffino, i loro buonissimi fritti e le carni assolutamente squisite. Nulla di banale, nulla di già assaggiato..tutti i sapori e gli abbinamenti (le Chips di patate al sommacco ad esempio)sono stati superlativi. Tutto di eccellenza, dal pane fatto da loro con lievito madre alla preparazione sul momento di tutto. Ma tutta questa squisitezza culinaria non sarebbe stata l' esperienza da ricordare che è stata senza la presenza del grande cuore di Crescenzo che traspare a ogni parola, spiegazione, ricordo, angolo del locale. Siete diventati uno dei nostri locali del cuore. Grazie di tutto!

23/06/2024: This place is a real gem. Authentic in the sense it is using local ingredients to create unique, individual dishes that capture the flavours of the region. We went there last night, called in by chance and had some excellent and good value local wine. Excellent service with interesting info on ingredients and options. Nice ambience and an excellent, relaxed experience. Didn't try the beers but it looked like there was an incredible range. Recommended.

30/06/2024: Ci siamo tornati dopo diversi anni e il ricordo positivo è stato confermato . Antipasto abbondante e vario .. simpatica la modalità di presentazione su un lungo vassoio di legno . Ottimi primi norcina e tartufo Accoglienza simpatica e gioiosa. I ragazzi gentili , discreti e dettagliato su spiegazione dei piatti . Assolutamente apprezzato il finale con il racconto della storia dell’interno del locale ! Non c’è dubbio se ci sarà un’altra visita ad Assisi , l’esperienza al Baccanale si ripeterà !

07/07/2024: Excellent place to eat and have an Italian wine. The little tables on the stairs are super cute and very original. Super recommended if you are in Assisi.

27/06/2024: This small and intimate shop featured excellent wines and an expert to inform you about them. You can sit inside with air condition or select a table outside with a lovely view of Assisi walkways. The owner is personable and makes you feel special. You can get a flight of wines for tasting, or select a wine and and order the best cheeses or meats from the region to go with it. A wonderful way to pass the afternoon with friends.

09/07/2024: the best greek restaurant in perugia. professionalism, friendliness and quality are the elements that distinguish it from others. authentic, typical and above all delicious dishes! the place is new, very clean and the guys are very kind and very nice. super recommended!

08/07/2024: We were delighted by this restaurant (take away or eat in). The place is small but very well kept and clean, the food is plentiful and excellent (amazing pita), the owner is extremely kind, professional and affable. Exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!

23/06/2024: We stayed last weekend in Borgo Ulivo for our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay the second night too. Maurizio and his staff made us feel like family. The place is well looked after, we relaxed by the pool with our dog, the breakfast is very rich with sweet and savory options, and the dinners at the restaurant were super! We will certainly return and recommend the place to all our friends who want to spend a few days in those areas in peace!

04/07/2024: When you cross the threshold you enter a world apart, which you don't expect. The menu written on the back wall is mainly seafood, but there is no shortage of classics with the inevitable truffle.
