21/03/2026: For a round of the Italian Enduro Championship, I stopped at this hotel for both the night and dinner. I have to say that looking at it from the outside, both because of its location and the surrounding buildings, I wasn't thrilled, but I hadn't booked it. So I walked in, and I have to say, right from the reception, I began to change my mind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, the furnishings simple but well-appointed, and the cleanliness was evident. The room was beautiful and very spacious, with fresh, timeless furnishings, and it was immediately apparent that it was immaculately clean. I went down to the restaurant, and here I said to myself, "Never let appearances fool you." It's truly beautiful, with beautiful, high wooden ceilings, well-set tables, and above all, kind, smiling, and competent service. I'll save dinner for last, which I have to say was the icing on the cake. Everything was well-made and of excellent quality. What can I say? I recommend it, and if I'm in the area again, I'll be back.

18/03/2026: Dad Claudio (known as Lallo) is an extremely kind and friendly person. He engages in a courteous and discreet conversation with his guests. From our point of view, it's not just formality or work-related reasons, but rather a genuinely cordial attitude. He doesn't treat you just as a "customer," but as someone to be put at ease. He makes you feel like part of the family. And I'd say that given our hectic lifestyle, with human relationships reduced to a minimum, this kind of behavior is good for both the individual and the heart, especially when, even on a pleasure trip, you're far from home and your loved ones. That said, after our first stay at the Hotel Le Sequoie, we had an excellent time and, as a logical consequence, we've stayed at least five more times... and they won't be the last, at least in the winter. Although, to be honest, the two pools are tempting us for when the warmer weather arrives. A truly unique experience, having stayed at many hotels in Italy (sometimes very renowned), thus having a very valid and reliable basis for comparison. We once again extend our heartfelt thanks to Emiliano, Silvia, and their father Claudio (known as Lallo) for all they do with professionalism and love. Nunzia and Massimo.

04/05/2026: We had dinner as a family with two children. We weren't familiar with the restaurant, as we were vacationing in Turin for the first time for a few days. We were thrilled with our choice! The food was truly excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and undeniably high-quality ingredients! The staff was attentive and courteous, and the service was prompt. We took home a wonderful memory of our vacation, thanks in part to this experience! Thank you.

10/05/2026: Overrated. As a frequent visitor to Campo Imperatore, having read both the positive, starred reviews of this trattoria and the menu featuring some local dishes, I decided to go there for lunch. A small, somewhat neglected, family-run trattoria. Basically, there's a menu, but it's not respected. The owner verbally lists the dishes and always tries to get you to choose what he wants, without listing the price. The appetizer, which they "prepare in series," almost forces you to order, was "nothing special." I had an appetizer, first course, and second course. The first course was very good, but the appetizer and second course were disappointing. The second course was a nice steak, but very tough and poorly cooked. Strangely, the receipt isn't itemized, but only lists the total. Leaving a trattoria dissatisfied in Abruzzo is rare.

19/04/2026: Excellent! After booking, we arrived at the restaurant after a lovely stroll through the center of Atri. We were greeted professionally and seated at our assigned table. After a beverage, we ordered. Appetizers included bruschetta and fried cheese, followed by Teramo-style chitarra pasta and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Second courses included local chicken and pork loin with plums and peppers. Sides included fresh, hand-cut fries and peppers with egg. The delicious flavors of all the dishes can be described in a single word. Excellent, to say the least! The location, with public parking inside, the colors and furnishings convey a sense of enchantment with a beauty and cheerfulness that is hard to find. Reliability and professionalism make the difference! Average value for money.

17/05/2026: The restaurant is nestled in beautiful nature, with a wonderful view. It's difficult to reach at night because it's on a hill and the road isn't lit. However, the food isn't up to par; some dishes are too greasy, others are fake, and portions are small for the area. It's worth it for the location.

13/05/2026: Excellent Sunday lunch, from the appetizers to the main course, everything was delicious. I will definitely be back. I recommend everyone to come and try it.

It's like stepping back in time and discovering the ancient flavors of an Abruzzo I don't know so well, but which Taverna 58 made me imagine with the flavors of its dishes. Everything was so perfect. Everything was cooked with care and love, love for the customer and love for the raw ingredients. And I will remember this place with the same love.

03/05/2026: There are two restaurants in this small town: both are good, although I personally prefer the other. The food is very similar, however. A couple of things could be improved: there's no draft beer, and when I ordered "French fries* or baked potatoes," I received chips. It would have been better to specify this when ordering. Overall, a good experience.

08/05/2026: Everything was delicious, from the appetizer of cacio e ovo meatballs to the gnocchi with lamb ragù, but the mixed grill was cooked by a master of the perfect grill. Oh, and I forgot to start with two delicious bruschettas. Highly recommended!

29/04/2026: Below expectations. The first course was tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, with little seasoning, which was sent back. The rest was below average at other restaurants.

06/05/2026: A popular restaurant; reservations are definitely recommended. We managed to get a table for two without a reservation. The house wine was good, and we were served some bread with olive oil. We had spaghetti with anchovies and spaghetti carbonara. I thought both dishes were really good, and my girlfriend said the carbonara was the best in Milan. We were offered a schnapps at the end, and two men played some live music during the meal. All in all, really good for a fair price.

05/05/2026: I was hesitant to leave a review... just because I was envious that someone else was enjoying this place as much as we were. It was so good that we went back the next day to try other dishes. It's a true gastronomic experience. It's not for tourists... don't expect a menu in English. It's a restaurant for locals. Since we were a bit lost about what to order, they gave us some advice, and we just went with the flow and were pleasantly surprised. A guide recommended the place, and it was THE restaurant of the trip. Please don't miss it, in honor of the recommendation I'm making of this place.

25/05/2026: We often go to this restaurant because we have a great time, the atmosphere is great, the food is excellent and the staff is very kind..... We chose it to celebrate our daughter's first communion.... we were very happy with the choice because everything was impeccable.... PS Sara was our angel the whole day she satisfied all our requests..... Manuela is an excellent hostess.... thank you
