We visited Ca' Matilde as a Christmas gift, and it was a truly special experience. The atmosphere is elegant and romantic, perfect for an important evening, yet welcoming and never overbearing.
The cuisine showcases local tradition to perfection: every dish is meticulously crafted and flavorfully balanced. The suckling pig, in particular, was memorable, perfectly cooked and truly rich in flavor. The wine selection is also excellent, extensive and thoughtfully curated, with high-quality options that perfectly complement the menu.
The service is attentive and professional, making you feel at ease from start to finish. It's a memorable dinner, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic and refined gastronomic experience. We'll definitely be back.

I had dinner with my partner and a couple of friends at the end of November. I realized that Ca’ Matilde is more than just a restaurant: it's an experience that stays with you. The warm, NEVER intrusive welcome, combined with the harmony of the dishes, convey a very specific philosophy: here, cooking is emotion, memory, and vision.
The gastronomic journey is surprising. The flavors are clean, elegant, and profound. Each dish tells a story that unites territory and creativity, tradition and technique. The ingredients are excellent and treated with an almost poetic respect. The extensive and thoughtful wine list accompanies the journey without ever overpowering it.
The service is top-notch: professional and capable of making guests feel the center of attention. The spaces are thoughtfully designed and immersed in a relaxing atmosphere. Ca’ Matilde is one of those places where you go to eat well, but return to feel good. A must-see for those who love cuisine that truly excites. Bravo!

Chef Andrea Vezzani's cuisine is striking for its well-crafted simplicity. The dishes have distinctive, clean flavors, the result of carefully selected ingredients and a confident hand that works without unnecessary complications.
The first courses are truly the highlight: precise, balanced pasta dishes that showcase tradition without weighing it down. The second courses demonstrate great attention to cooking and seasonality. Even the desserts have a modern lightness that perfectly rounds off the meal.
The wine pairings are also very pleasant, with suggestions that speak to the region and complement the experience.
