A gem, a cocktail bar as small as it is meticulously crafted and offers above-average selections. A must-try and return time and time again.

In addition to enjoying the best unreleased cocktail around (A Frenchman in Shiraz), you'll meet Federico—an alchemist, mixologist, apothecary, and probably a genius—who created it and recreates it every night "until it's off the menu" because, like Banksy, he writes in the sand, refusing to publish the recipe, so that A Frenchman in Shiraz—and his other orgasmic cocktails—will, or perhaps not, end up like Girl with Balloon; you'll be warmly welcomed and served impeccably by a trio of professionals; you'll enjoy a warm, gothic, colorful, and wintry atmosphere, watched over by the eye sockets of the skull in the hat; you'll savor carefully selected, delicious appetizers, and—if your stomach churns—a single dish (one is enough, if it's perfect): a mind-blowing tartare with a mustard-based sauce that explodes on the tongue, accompanied by bursts of gherkins and spring onions, sandwiched between two slices of bread. Amen.

A truly lovely place for aperitifs and snacks, with a very relaxed yet cheerful atmosphere, truly excellent service, incredibly friendly staff, and truly unique attention to detail. They were able to recommend the best cocktails for our tastes, making everything feel lighthearted and welcoming between one joke and another. I felt right at home! The tartare burger was truly delicious, the cocktails were excellent, sophisticated, and an experience that lets you discover new flavors. A place to drink well and spend a wonderful evening with friends! Prices are reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

Very cute and cozy place. The team is super friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. They know how to guide you in the right way based on your mood and tastes. Definitely worth returning.

I really enjoyed the service. The lady who served us was full of energy and life, and very welcoming even though we arrived quite late. The drinks we had were excellent. I ordered a simple gin and tonic, but it was very good because they use high-quality ingredients. My friends chose some more fancy gin-based drinks finished with a touch of champagne—really great and flavorful. Normally I don’t go for colorful or fancy drinks because they tend to be overly sweet and not that good, but these were amazing. On top of that, each drink was prepared professionally, with the final touches done right in front of you. The appetizers were very good, served quickly, and at an excellent price. I highly recommend it.

We just drank there and I had to leave a review as soon as we got back to our hotel. First, the staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They answered our questions about the various drinks on their menu and all of the selections were spectacular. We drank the house Negroni which they do with a slight tweak to it and is fantastic, champagne, Paloma, gin martini and a vesper. All delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
