03/07/2024: We went to the Antica Corte Pallavicina on a Wednesday. The restaurant was half-empty and delightfully quiet. I am not going to comment on the food: it was absolutely divine. We chose one of the prix- fix menus, and the pairing with the local-prodction wines was perfect. It is what you expect from Michelin-star restaurant, and more. Besides telling you that this place is well worth a visit, I am going to give you three tips: 1. Go there an hour learlier, and enjoy a little Fortana wine (a rosè) as an aperitif 2. Book one of the rooms, and stay overnight: it will make your dinner a whole ot more pleasant. 3. Go in the middle of the week. The place will not be crowded and delightfully quiet.

Le cameriere al servizio ai tavoli sono eccezionali per professionalità ed attenzione al cliente. Ottima location anche per business lunch: non si farà mai una brutta figura con i propri ospiti

24/06/2024: Se lo scopri ... ci ritorni! Ormai sono alcuni anni che di ritorno dall'Emilia, dopo una lunga deviazione dal percorso più breve, passiamo per le terre di Zibello fino alla frazione Vidalenzo. Ad essere precisi il ristorante Colombo sorge in posizione appartata rispetto alla piccola frazione, ma questo è proprio ciò che lo caratterizza: il territorio. Dal menù raccontato in modo sublime dal titolare al modo semplice e nello stesso tempo raffinato nel servirlo. I piatti non si possono raccontare, bisogna percepirli con tutti i sensi. Quando poi arriva come "fuori programma" un culatello di 50 mesi ... è difficile non emozionarsi davanti a un piatto! L'unico rammarico è non poterci passare più spesso.

Consiglio vivamente per noi un Anniversario unico sotto tutti gli aspetti. Nonostante venissimo da un periodo molto delicato dato che ero in terapia intensiva e oggi siamo riusciti a festeggiare il nostro 24 anniversario anche se non l’ho potuto vedere per la perdita della vista, tutto il personale ha contribuito a rendere unico questo momento. Grazie ancora per la vostra empatia e amicizia. A presto

21/07/2024: Cena di coppia in un locale incantevole e accogliente dentro il castello di Formigine. Non è un ristorante stellato ma la qualità e la cortesia del personale e del cibo danno tutte le condizioni per poterlo diventare! Abbiamo preso il menù “Proposta gourmet” di 5 portate ciascuno. I piatti e l’impiattamento sono stati molto buoni e ad ogni boccone si percepiva la freschezza del cibo e la cura che ha avuto lo chef a cucinarlo! Abbiamo conosciuto lo chef a cui facciamo i nostri complimenti e gli auguriamo di continuare sempre così.. persona professionale, umile, sincera e simpatica! Ps. Il “vulcano esotico al mango” si conferma un dolce buonissimo!!!! Complimenti, sicuramente ci rivedremo presto!! Lo consiglio

27/05/2024: I would rank La Nunziadeina 10 stars if I could. It’s a very special place and is the type of restaurant that has become quite rare to find. I felt like I was in the company of old friends even though I had never been there before. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food and wine are extraordinary. Everyone seated around me seemed perfectly at ease and delighted by their meal and their surroundings. I just wish they had a place in New York. Don’t miss the dessert cart!

30/06/2024: Old-time trattoria, but a nice environment. The first courses were very good, gnocchi and tortelli matti. Also good are fried gnocco and tigelle with mixed cold cuts. The trifle is exceptional.

20/07/2024: We went to eat in Nonna Idelfa's backyard. They have opened their garden to guests, so you can eat with a real Tuscan family. On the other side, her family was all eating together. Grandma was inside watching TV. My daughters had to go to the toilet and had to walk past grandma 😂 We could choose from wine or water, and as a starter we got different types of hams, egg with zucchini, pickled carrot and pointed cabbage (?), toast with tapenade, panzanella (bread salad). As a secondi we got the tastiest pasta we ever ate. I chose zucchini and my husband chose Bolognese. As our next dish we could choose from steak or grilled meat. And of course for dessert: tiramisu or ice cream or cake Really, we had such a delicious meal, and it was so typically Tuscan. As if we were eating at grandma's house, which was true. We paid €30 per person and half for the children. Almost bizarrely so cheap!

A sensorial experience in addition to a good dinner with a wonderful view of the Valdinievole Outdoor tables on the terrace of a country house and very friendly staff. Typical Tuscan menu with local and seasonal products. We had dinner with a fixed menu of €30.00 which included a mixed Tuscan starter with seasonal vegetables, a first choice between fresh pappardelle with ragù and pasta with courgette flowers, a second course chosen between thinly sliced ​​with black pepper and roast braised capocollo, side dish of baked potatoes, house dessert of your choice, coffee. Excellent quality/price ratio also considering the atmosphere Open from mid-June until mid-September.
