I've been going to this restaurant for several years and I always love it. The location is beautiful and the dishes are delicious, and you can taste and see the search for fresh, quality ingredients. Manuele is always great at welcoming and satisfying his customers.

Restaurant with an exceptional lake view. Very elegant atmosphere and very courteous and knowledgeable staff, able to recommend and recommend the best dishes. Perfect dining room management. All dishes are truly excellent, but if I can recommend anything, the fish main courses are a must. Excellent!

Our favorite restaurant on Lake Garda: L’Esplanade. We come from Belgium and return every time with the same pleasure. Excellent cuisine with high-quality ingredients, the staff is incredibly kind and takes the time to carefully explain each dish. A complimentary aperitif and delicate amuse-bouches are offered, as well as an amazing selection of pastries at the end of the meal.
A place we highly recommend.

My favorite restaurant.
A beautiful and extremely refined place, where nothing is left to chance. The food is delicious, but what really elevates it above all others is the impeccable service, of a rare level. The waiters notice even the smallest flaws before you can and intervene with ease and discretion. The dishes always arrive together, even for large tables: a precision that makes all the difference.
The dishes are exactly as you imagine them: carefully prepared, coherent, without unpleasant surprises. The service is measured to perfection, without a word too much or too little. You go there and you immediately feel at peace.
I am very picky about food: I ask for changes, additions, and deletions of ingredients. Every request is met with attention and professionalism. Everything is simply perfect.
Definitely worth it, I recommend it!

Excellent experience, the sea urchin linguine was simply delicious. Very fast service (in a good way) despite the full dining room, and the staff were extremely professional. A request to change a dessert for just one of the two diners was accepted without issue. The Michelin star is truly deserved, and the money was well spent.

We finally went to the famous Esplanade after many years. The place is beautiful and refined; we were greeted by having to remove our coats and seated.
We ordered quickly, as we had already researched the available menus online, and we chose the seasonal menu. There are six courses, starting with an entrée. I'll just mention a few dishes, such as the tongue with shrimp and caviar, which wasn't to my taste, as the tongue overpowered all the flavors; the risotto with porcini mushrooms, good but nothing to write home about; the turbot with a fantastic crust, a very successful dish; and the pigeon, phenomenal. We finished with a variety of well-made pastries.
Since I was the only one drinking, I ordered wine by the glass and asked for a recommendation, but the sommelier/maître d' wasn't very interested. I got up to go to the bathroom, and in the hallway, the same sommelier/maître d' asked me where I was at and which wine I'd like to continue with... embarrassing. I'll conclude by pointing out that the sommelier/maître d', who wears glasses, cleaned them on the gueridon tablecloth and, being so busy telling anecdotes to other diners, standing 50 cm away from us, didn't even say goodbye when we left. The waiters were very, very professional.
In such a renowned establishment, I would expect a little more attention to detail and a little more involvement in what I was eating and drinking from the head waiter.
