A truly incredible experience. We went for Sunday lunch and tried the Traditions Menu. The quality of the ingredients and the preparations were truly sublime, with sophisticated and surprising flavor combinations. Besides the famous egg en croute, I'd like to highlight the Malga Ramen, which truly gave the entire menu a boost. A special mention also goes to the table service, which was competent and friendly but never intrusive. We'll definitely be back!

The mountain hut has always maintained a high standard, but over the years I believe it has raised its prices unjustifiably. The menu is somewhat monotonous, which a restaurant of this kind should update frequently. As usual, the wine cellar is superb.

Pure excellence. I've been going to Malga Panna for over 10 years now. And tonight I can still say I had a wonderful evening. The tasting menu was creative, full of surprises, but above all, incredibly delicious. Afterwards, for someone as passionate about Italian wine as I am, I had the pleasure of speaking with passionate and incredibly knowledgeable sommeliers. Two sommeliers who know how to listen and understand the right direction to delight and surprise their customers. I highly recommend Malga Panna to anyone who loves an extraordinary dinner at a restaurant, and I'm already looking forward to my next vacation in the Dolomites next year so I can return to Malga Panna.

It was simply a perfect evening. The venue is beautiful; we were in a small room with a fireplace, and the staff who served us were helpful and impeccable. Every dish we chose came back to the kitchen completely cleaned; everything was truly excellent. On top of that, there were so many little touches and pampering that made the experience special and memorable. Thank you ❤️

The food was awesome, however the service was very slow and lacking in attention. Not my first michelin restaurant, and usually you have somebody basically watching the table, whatever you need whenever you need a server will be with you immediately. I had this experience in other places in Italy and Spain. Perhaps because our table was in the very end of the hall, food changes took very long. We would finish food and wait 5-10 minutes until someone comes to take out plates, and then another 5-10 minutes for new dishes to come. It's basically more waiting than eating. Dinner was a nice size, not huge, but they do have quite a lot of tables, I think 15 or more. Our dinner lasted almost 3 hours, which is an hour longer then was necessary. We got tired of waiting for the server to come in the very end and I had to go and find somebody myself to ask for the check, this is not supposed to happen, like ever. The food was very good, and worth the price, unfortunatley I do not remember food, I remember frustration and constant waiting. If you have so many tables, you need more people to handle everybody in time!

The wine pairing, explained with passion and expertise, completes a truly special experience. A place to choose when you want to treat yourself to something unique, a true treat for all the senses.
