07/07/2024: Nachdem wir in Mailand waren , haben wir uns gute Lokale rausgesucht , Lokale wo man gut essen kann ! For einen Abend haben wir dieses Lokal gewählt , im internet noch schnell nachgeschaut ob man reservieren muss , oder so die 19 Minuten vom Hotel rübergehen kann! Auf der Reservierungsplattform konnte man alle Uhrzeiten eingeben, und es war immer möglich zu reservieren! Also auf zum Lokal - dort angekommen waren wir etwas skeptisch , da nur 1 Pärchen und 1 Gast alleine im Lokal waren! Tür auf , und schon war ein Kellner bei uns und fragte wie viele Personen wir sind , nachdem wir gesagt haben, das wir 2 sind , sagte der Chef etwas auf Italienisch , worauf der Kellner sagte , es ist leider kein Tisch frei ! Haben dann den Chef gefragt , warum dann im Internet , vor 15 Minuten , jede Uhrzeit buchbar gewesen sei, sagte er mir, es kamen alle Reservierungen übers Internet in den letzten 10 Minuten rein ! Raus aus dem Lokal , und im Internet nachgeschaut und siehe da - alles frei !!!! Sind dann in ein Steaklokal gegangen , mussten ca. 15 Minuten warten , hatten ja nicht gebucht , es waren alle super freundlich , die Steaks sensationell und freundlich !

30/06/2024: Burro Salato is an elegant restaurant, in the most 'correct' sense of the adjective: the menu items are gourmet but are not an exercise in style as an end in itself. The territory and tradition are present in the dishes, as is right in a very ancient city like Matera, but interpreted in a modern way. The proportions are not restaurant-like, but not molecular either. The hostess pampers you without being cloying. The environment is refined and welcoming. The wine list is extensive, the liqueurs and spirits are exceptional, the service is impeccable. An experience certainly worth repeating!

29/06/2024: Extremely welcoming, kind, patient, warm, and helpful staff. Their response via messages regarding the reservation is super quick and nice. The food, service, atmosphere, wine,...it were absolutely amazing from the start to the end, and I would definitely recommend it. We were 2 people ordering 1 appetizer, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts, 2 glasses of local wine, and a bottle of sparkling water for 87€. It's absolutely worth it!

First experience in the early evening was great but this place gets very busy and cannot cope with the amount of customers (waited 20 mins to even order and there were still 10 people in front waiting for their food). Would recommend they hire a second person for Friday evenings

12/06/2024: My partner and I left Asti specifically to go to this restaurant and we did really well. Everything excellent from plateaus to lobster. Excellent and attentive service and very courteous staff.. the location is also excellent! Well done!!

07/06/2024: The quality of the dishes is exceptional. I really enjoyed the plateau and they managed to make me change my mind with their oysters... I didn't love them but because I had always eaten low quality ones. Excellent experience, congratulations

27/06/2024: Family vacation in the Pustertal. We came to the Tilia through the Michelin recommendation. The entrance area is beautifully designed, but unfortunately the very cozy winter garden could not be used due to the weather. The ambience of the restaurant is simply harmonious, nothing ornate, everything tasteful with attractive art (plastics and pictures), the table configuration is successful, nothing crowded, the chairs are a wonderful mix of chairs and armchairs - super comfortable even for an evening of around 4 ,5 hours. The hosts are - in addition to the enjoyment - a highlight. Natural, friendly, committed, always present, without any hassle, explaining everything. The passion for what was created with the Tilia is present - when Mr. Oberhammer brings one of his dishes to the guest, his whole body beams with joy and pride - rightly so. The hosts are sure to create this special atmosphere. The wine list is great, not overcrowded, a focus on South Tyrol as everything there has a regional connection, but of course there are also classics from other regions of Italy, France, etc. on the menu. It should be noted that the wines are priced in a very hospitable manner, usually under a factor of 2 compared to the prices from the winery, sometimes only a factor of 1.5 (e.g. the Terlan/Quartz for €96). This needs to be emphasized because a factor of 2.5-3 is the rule, and we already found a factor of 3.5. It's fun to order a great wine with your meal. We chose the 5-course surprise menu, our requests (in one case no meat, in another no raw meat or raw fish) were immediately accommodated. The meal was an experience, everything was dominated by regional products, some “old” methods of food processing were used, the taste was very concentrated, lots of herbs, and everything was put together very harmoniously. Culinary art at a high level, the dedication and passion to cook and create can be experienced in every course. A very successful evening, full of enjoyment, harmony and joy, to which the hosts made a major contribution. We will be back!

27/06/2024: Familienurlaub im Pustertal. Über die Michelin Empfehlung kamen wir zu dem Tilia. Schon der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, der sehr gemütliche Wintergarten konnte wegen des Wetters leider nicht genutzt werden. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist einfach stimmig, nichts verschnörkelt, alles geschmackvoll mit ansprechender Kunst (Plastik und Bildern), die Tischekonstellation ist gelungen, nichts gedrängt, die Stühle eine wunderbare Mischung von Stuhl und Sessel - super bequem auch über einen Abend von ca. 4,5 Stunden. Die Gastgeber sind - neben dem Genuß - ein Highlight. Natürlich, sympathisch, engagiert, immer präsent, ohne jegliche Hektik, alles erklärend. Die Passion für das was mit dem Tilia geschaffen wurde ist präsent - wenn Herr Oberhammer eines seiner Gänge zum Gast trägt strahlt der ganze Körper vor Freude und auch Stolz - zu Recht. Die Gastgeber sind sicher dieses besonderen Ambiente. Die Weinkarte ist klasse, nicht überfüllt, ein Schwerpunkt auf Südtirol wie alles dort einen regionalen Bezug hat, aber natürlich sind auch Klassiker aus anderen Regionen Italiens, Frankreich etc. auf der Karte. Herauszustellen ist, das die Weine sehr gastfreundlich kalkuliert sind, meist unter dem Faktor 2 zu den Preisen ab Weingut, teils nur Faktor 1,5 ( z.B. der Terlan/Quarz für 96,- €). Dies ist herauszustellen da Faktor 2,5- 3 doch die Regel ist, und wir fanden auch schon den Faktor 3,5. Da macht es Spaß einen tollen Wein zum Essen zu bestellen. Wir wählten das 5-Gang-Überraschungsmenu, unsere Bitten (in einem Fall kein fleisch, in einem anderen kein rohes Fleisch oder rohen Fisch) wurden sofort aufgenommen. Das Essen war ein Erlebnis, alles dominiert mit regionalen Produkten, teils „alte“ Methoden der Lebensmittelverarbeitung wurden aufgegriffen, der Geschmack sehr konzentriert, viele Kräuter, und alles doch sehr harmonisch zusammengestellt. Kochkunst auf hohem Niveau, die Hingabe und die Leidenschaft zu kochen und zu kreieren ist in jedem Gang erlebbar. Ein sehr gelungener Abend, voller Genuß, Harmonie und Freude, woran die Gastgeber einen großen Beitrag hatten. Wir kommen wieder!

27/05/2024: We spent a pleasant evening in this beautiful place in the Gran Madre area, ordering both à la carte and from the proposed menu They welcomed us with a small welcome and then bread and focaccia of their own production... all delicious... honorable mention for the desserts, all of which were superlative... attentive and friendly service... the bill was on par... super recommended

13/07/2024: Locale molto caratteristico. Abbiamo provato ad andare una sera senza prenotazione, sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno trovato una soluzione. Squisito il cervo con salsa ai frutti di bosco. Buoni anche i dolci, molto originali.

09/07/2024: Accoglienza meravigliosa. Il ristorante è elegante e arredato con gusto, ma non pretenzioso. Abbiamo pranzato con amici sotto il portico. Il servizio è stato molto gentile, attento e curato. I piatti veramente buonissimi, a base sia di pesce che di carne, e porzioni abbondanti! Il prezzo assolutamente in linea con quello che è stato offerto. Complimenti! È stata una piacevole scoperta e torneremo molto volentieri! Continuate così!
