17/08/2024: What a joy to discover this magnificent place in a breathtaking setting overlooked by these mountains of the Grand Paradiso massif! Paradise is found on the plate. It is without hesitation one of the best restaurants in the region! Bravissimo to the whole team!!! In the photo the beef tataki and the raw and cooked prawns and the semi-cooked salmon. For dessert, chocolate ganache.

11/08/2024: I came here with my relatives. Starters not too much for my taste but then I had a beef tartare with also a piece of cooked meat. Very good. Friendly and friendly staff, welcoming and historic venue.

Dishes that are not at all obvious, in which the chef shows great respect for the ingredients, which are of the highest quality: in the raw fish the taste of the sea is exalted, remaining the protagonist, in the first courses different techniques bring surprising textures and flavors to the mouth with great harmony

30/06/2024: Burro Salato is an elegant restaurant, in the most 'correct' sense of the adjective: the menu items are gourmet but are not an exercise in style as an end in itself. The territory and tradition are present in the dishes, as is right in a very ancient city like Matera, but interpreted in a modern way. The proportions are not restaurant-like, but not molecular either. The hostess pampers you without being cloying. The environment is refined and welcoming. The wine list is extensive, the liqueurs and spirits are exceptional, the service is impeccable. An experience certainly worth repeating!

29/06/2024: Extremely welcoming, kind, patient, warm, and helpful staff. Their response via messages regarding the reservation is super quick and nice. The food, service, atmosphere, wine,...it were absolutely amazing from the start to the end, and I would definitely recommend it. We were 2 people ordering 1 appetizer, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts, 2 glasses of local wine, and a bottle of sparkling water for 87€. It's absolutely worth it!

02/08/2024: Dear French compatriots: you will not come just for that, but know that here you will have no difficulty understanding and being understood because the description of the dishes and wines and the service will be offered to you spontaneously in the language of Molière, both by the room staff as well as by the chef! You can choose from the menu, small but excellent, but let yourself be tempted in three, four or five dishes, by the inspiration of Chris' moment. And this without apprehension in relation to your tastes, since you can indicate what "disappoints" you when booking (obligatory since there are only five tables and twelve place settings per service). Lots of tastes and flavors in perfectly cooked dishes, giving pride of place to local producers. Beautiful wine list, including of course "ours", but here too, let yourself discover the wines of the Dolomites. Really a great time in this Michelin-starred hotel in this bi-cultural region of South Tyrol.

23/07/2024: This was our first experience with a dinner course in Italy. We ordered the 5-course meal with wine pairing, and the dishes were almost like works of art. The wines served alongside each course perfectly complemented the food. The table setting, chairs, and ambiance were all excellent for enjoying the meal, and the staff provided very friendly and detailed explanations about each dish. Although we didn’t manage to fully express our admiration to the chef at the time, the experience was truly exceptional and memorable. If we visit the Dolomites again, we would definitely love to return.

03/09/2024: Here is an excellent restaurant for those who want to try lake fish, among other things you can opt for a tasting menu, I made this choice and was pleasantly impressed. I particularly liked the queen trout and the hand-pulled tagliolini with smoked tench, excellent, efficient, professional and courteous service, adequate bill, I will definitely return to try other dishes

28/08/2024: I confess that I don't love lake fish and instead, to my enormous surprise, after having dined in this restaurant I have to cancel this statement: delicious tench tagliolini and above all a porchetta carp which would have required an encore. You can see that the fish is treated with experience and tradition. The quail is also excellent, prices are not low but the place is worth it all. Well done

16/08/2024: I recently ate at Brasserie du Breithorn and the experience was excellent. I ordered the polenta concia accompanied by stew, and it was simply delicious. The polenta was perfectly seasoned and the stew tender and flavorful. A truly excellent dish, which I highly recommend to anyone who visits the restaurant. A culinary experience that is definitely worth a visit.

Cordiali, ambiente rilassante, cibo di qualità ottima e, nel complesso, un’esperienza 5 stelle e più! Ritorneremo sicuramente per provare il resto del menù

04/08/2024: Il girotondo è sempre una garanzia pesce freschissimo cucinato in modo eccellente il proprietario e tutto lo staff sono molto gentili e attenti a consigliare il meglio..vasta scelta di vini... il tutto in una location veramente accogliente..il nostro ristorante preferito...lo consiglio vivamente agli amanti del pesce

07/08/2024: Voglio fare un feedback più che positivo per questo magnifico bistrot francese! Già soltanto entrandoci si è catapultati in Francia! L'ambiente è delizioso e ben curato. Il cibo poi è ottimo, tutto fresco ma soprattutto per la prima volta trovo (finalmente ) la cucina francese "di casa" . Piatti semplici ma curati nei minimi dettagli , tutti buonissimi! Un menù ricco in cui è difficile scegliere . Il figlio della proprietaria poi ti accoglie come un vecchio amico, perfetto padrone di casa! Abbiamo chiacchierato tanto ed è stata una serata piacevolissima. Splendida sorpresa!!!! Ci torneremo senz'altro molto molto spesso per provare tutto!!!! Complimenti!!!

05/08/2024: Such a special place! You get out of the loud, crowded Rome and come to an oasis of peace. The food was extraordinary and the nuns were so nice! And when you consider that by paying for this wonderful meal you are also sponsoring the lunchtime feeding of the poor, it's even more fun!

16/07/2024: Restaurant with mainly (but not only) French cuisine. At 9.30pm, accompanied by a guitar, the nuns who run it sing two prayers to Mary. If you choose at the top on the menu it is not a cheap restaurant, but you can dine for less with fewer demands. There is also a tourist menu. The service is welcoming and smiling, the place sober and polite. A private island in the tumultuous historical center of Rome.
