07/08/2026: What can I say? The staff takes great care in explaining each dish, the food seems like a creation, and the flavors and combinations are perfect, delicate...yes, I repeat, what can I say? Compliments, definitely, when we return to Matera; you can't go wrong here. I highly recommend the zabaglione, thanks to the chef and the staff, who truly pampered us.

The tagliolini with smoked tench is delicious, and the carp in porchetta is excellent—a truly excellent dish, highly recommended. Fast service, the waitress was a bit inexperienced, but still good.

A lovely place, Andrea and Co. are never stuffy and always very kind, happy to guide you through the local cuisine. Lake fish is presented in a solid and elegant way! I had the creamed pike and tagliolini with smoked tench, and both were truly delicious and well-made! Great wine list. I'll be back as soon as I can.

30/07/2026: It was perfect in every way. The starter was so visually stunning that we almost hesitated to dig in. The flavors were incredibly sophisticated, with the use of wonderfully subtle mountain herbs. The cheese course was exceptional. The service was impeccable. The moral of the story for us, at least: the French have to go abroad to find truly exceptional fine dining restaurants.

01/07/2026: We've been wanting to try Aroma for a while. My husband and I came here with friends. The place is very welcoming. The neon signs and the decor, like the kintsugi-style ornaments by Seletti, create a lovely atmosphere. The dishes were all thoughtfully presented and well-prepared. We were served an entrée of Russian beet salad. Not bad, even though I'm not a fan of beets. We tried both tasting menus, the traditional Piedmontese one and the seafood one, and the quality/price ratio was quite good. I recommend the appetizer on the latter menu: the savory croissant complements the already enveloping flavor of the creamy egg. The spaghetti with shrimp was also very balanced. Special mention goes to the mushroom dessert. I thought I wouldn't like it, but I was shocked. It paired well with the chocolate mousse and blueberry sorbet. The small pastry offered to us at the end of the meal was delicious. We couldn't eat it because we were so full, so they put it away for us to enjoy later. It was a lovely discovery, and we'll gladly return.

Finding an authentic Sardinian restaurant in the heart of Franciacorta is already a wonderful surprise, but it's the cuisine that truly wins you over. The highlight here is undoubtedly the fish: incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. You can really taste the passion they put into it, both in the dishes and in the warm welcome, which makes you feel right at home. The prices are fair for the quality. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

05/05/2026: A fantastic restaurant brought to you by a dynamic duo! Luis (sp) is a master choreographer working the tables with a flair that is at once mesmerizing and enviable. No question goes unanswered, no ingredient too obscure to explain and no wine is without complete tasting notes. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Davide (sp) is quietly creating masterpiece after masterpiece. Alan, Meatballs, Duck Legs, Duck Breast, Fennel and those SPICY POTATOES! We couldn’t believe just what a magical experience we had, so we had to go twice!

The owner tries to spread the philosophy, and I hope he continues to do so, because it's worth it! Their Baci Dalassio? They've been overhauled, but they're delicious!
