11/12/2025: Excellent pizza, great professionalism, I highly recommend trying it

07/12/2025: Last night, we went here for the first time for pizza after seeing the ad on social media. What can I say?! Fantastic experience! Matteo welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly and professional. As we spoke, he conveyed his passion and made us feel at home even though we aren't Sardinian. I wanted a parmigiana pizza, while my boyfriend had an off-menu pizza with antunna, ricotta mustia, and bacon. Both were made with regular dough, although there were other toppings available. Both were excellent and very tasty. The dessert Matteo offered us at the end was also excellent. We will definitely be back, both for the delicious pizzas and for the warm welcome we received. Thanks for everything, we'll see you soon!

16/04/2026: What a lovely surprise! I was taking a colleague from Turin on a tour of Sardinia and wanted him to try some traditional Sardinian dishes. I was looking for a trattoria, but somehow Trattoria ZIMA' found us instead: a kind of unconscious attraction. Kindness, friendliness, and truly special dishes that truly surprised us. Top marks with honors!!

03/03/2026: A simple restaurant, with workers on their lunch break at the other tables, and the menu written on two chalkboards hanging on the wall. The lady who seats us is very kind and attentive. We order a portion of tagliatelle, cardoncello mushroom, guanciale, and pecorino cheese, and a portion of bavette with mullet ragù and bottarga. The wait is short, and the portions are generous. The dishes are very well-seasoned and flavorful. The bill is moderately low. Worth considering when in the area.

27/10/2025: The place is beautiful both inside and out. The atmosphere here is fantastic. What struck me most was the space itself, how it's laid out. The bathroom even has several amenities, something I've never noticed elsewhere. The food was excellent! The staff were very friendly.

31/03/2026: A truly memorable experience, from every perspective. We began with a fresh sea bream fillet, served on a delicate bed of white beans (probably cannellini beans), accompanied by a creamy carrot soup with potatoes and diced vegetables: a balanced, refined, and richly nuanced dish. This was followed by a warm and enveloping Gallura soup casserole, and surprising red lentil meatballs, enhanced by the sweetness of caramelized onions and the freshness of spinach: an original and perfectly balanced dish. The finale was simply special: an apple dessert with a delicate cream, dried fruit crumble, and cinnamon-scented apple pieces, capping off the meal with elegance and character. But what truly makes this restaurant unique is the service: professional, attentive, and never intrusive. We were accompanied with discretion and expertise throughout, something increasingly rare and precious.

09/04/2026: We happened to be at this restaurant today. The food was fantastic. A surprise menu with three appetizers, a first course, and a dessert. For €37. You can choose between meat or fish. But it's for the whole table. Highly recommended.

The pizza remained the same, and I found the staff to be fast, friendly, and professional. I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Excellent pizza. Thank you for EXISTING!

07/04/2026: A truly special experience and definitely a hidden gem worth discovering. Dining at this small (approx. 12 seats), two-person pizzeria is a delight from the initial greeting and attentive service to the fantastic food. The owners treat every guest as if they were guests in their own home. You can taste the passion they put into preparing their pizzas. The homemade tiramisu is also highly recommended!
