11/07/2024: This place is a must try. We went for the pizza, which was absolutely amazing. The crust was super thin with a slight crunch so light and tasty. The sauce dance on top like the perfect partner, and the cheese and ingredients were extremely fresh. This was the best pizza I’ve ever had. We almost made the biggest mistake of our lives by not getting the dessert. I have pictures not sure what they were called, but like the pizzas these were perfectly crafted by the owner who puts so much love into every dish. A wife and husband combo that make this small little place a masterpiece. There might be a wait but it’s worth every second restaurant only has five tables.

11/07/2024: Very delicious and familiar pizzeria. The owners were very nice. Something to highlight (which only happened to us in this establishment during our entire stay in Sardinia) is that you do not have to pay the cover. Very reasonable price. Of course, it is advisable to arrive early because otherwise they may not give you food anymore.

28/06/2024: We discovered this foodtruck a bit by chance and it was a fantastic discovery. For two evenings in a row we ate their fantastic sandwiches. Mirko and his staff are very nice. Waiting times are very short.... in just a few minutes you can taste your sandwich. In short, everything was excellent. Well done guys keep it up!!

01/07/2024: First of all I thank the staff, especially the Italian girl, she welcomed me with a big smile and was always helpful and attentive. As for the food, I have to say the quality is on average high, compared to the price. The only flaw, in the dishes that were spinning at one point a fly appeared trapped between the uramaki and the protective plastic, but working in the kitchen I am aware that these things happen, the service was very fast so it can happen (review the cleaning mechanism of the dishes and try to keep the windows closed) And personally, a little too much rice in the nighiri and the Temaki, they filled me up immediately :) However, I really appreciated it I advise

They are impeccable in every way, the service is very fast, the food is of high quality and in large quantities because finally a place where you eat something good and drink an amazing aperitif 🤣🤣 the guys are always smiling and take care of every detail! For me on thaleri it's N1 if you're looking for a nice place to have an aperitif ❤️

26/06/2024: Nice place surrounded by a well-kept garden, suitable for children who don't get stuck at the table; there is also a small play park. In midsummer the tables are set in the garden. The perfect sanitary facilities both at the beginning and at the end of the dinner, which is a major point of merit, which also says a lot about the hygiene of the kitchen. Very kind staff. Plenty of off-road parking. Fixed price menu, €45.00 per head, including wine and everything else. Whether you eat just two courses or all of them, the price does not change; it is correctly specified when booking. There is no à la carte menu, but only the same one for everyone, as shown in the attached photo. You can only start dining when the vast majority of reservations are present, as the courses are served in a "chain". Coming to the dishes (evidently quality products): - good appetizers with excellent capocollo; - among them the pork livers stand out, somewhat pompously defined as "fricassee", which perhaps I have never eaten so good in my life; to do bis and tris that allow and offer; - malloreddu very good, but not according to Sardinian recipe; - cholangionus average; What was deeply disappointing was the porceddu, which was not at all up to its deserved fame. I've eaten it dozens of times better than in this Sardinian farmhouse. I didn't try the desserts. Once a year it's fine to go back, but no more. The seriousness, the location, the cleanliness, the authenticity of the products, the price and the delicious pork livers (the malloreddu are also good) lead to a fully deserved 4 stars.
