03/03/2025: Che dire…le innumerevoli recensioni positive parlano già da sé e ieri ne ho capito il perché…dopo più di due ore di viaggio sono arrivata un posto in cui sei coccolato da quando entri a quando esci, la location è essenziale, il cibo è cucinato e trattato in maniera sopraffina, sapori unici e ricerca degli ingredienti fuori da ogni misura…la sala ed il suo personale sono armoniche, nessuno è mai invadente ma non c’è quell ambiente impostato che può farti sentire a disagio anzi, tutti sanno perfettamente qual è il limite da non superare e quando è il momento di fare una battuta perché no divertente.. sono d’accordo con un’altra recensione : presto Senigallia avrà due ristoranti tristellati poiché la madonnina del pescatore senza saperlo probabilmente già lo è . Andate e non ve ne pentirete!

06/03/2025: In questo periodo molti dei locali che solitamente frequentiamo quando siamo a Grottammare, sono ancora chiusi. Abbiamo deciso quindi di provarne uno nuovo e non ci siamo pentiti. Nonostante il meteo decisamente avverso, ci siamo catapultati in piena estate con i tipici piatti a base di pesce della riviera marchigiana. Il servizio ha un minimo spazio di miglioramento, ma per la cucina decisamente nulla da eccepire. Materia prima freschissima cucinata con maestria.

Fantastic place, right from the entrance it's a whole experience, it looked like a shop window and I discovered a world. As soon as we left it felt like we had lived on another planet. All delicious, food, cocktails, wines, atmosphere and service. Compliments.

12/01/2025: All very beautiful. The large and well-equipped rooms, the very beautiful structure surrounded by greenery, the very nice and essential spa. The even better point, however, is the service, the girl who welcomed us and served breakfast was splendid and we also really liked the dinner in the restaurant managed by them, a 5 minute drive away. Basically very highly recommended.

07/01/2025: Amazing! We discovered the restaurant with the purchase of a Smartbox. We admittedly were skeptical, but the experience exceeded our expectations. Everything is delicious and the managers are kind, friendly and professional. I recommend it!!

Very good pizza and above all very digestible, as far as the toppings are concerned I was amazed to see particular combinations, obviously I'm speaking for myself, accustomed to the usual pizzas, you can eat on site, both in winter and summer but I recommend booking because they don't have many tables, prices a little higher than a traditional pizza, but it's really worth it. Also accessible by wheelchair.

07/01/2025: The food here is buono! I especially love the olive oil here. I often eat bread with salt and olive oil. The steak, risotto, and pasta were also delicious and I ended up eating too much. After the meal, it was great to go outside and take a walk while looking at the view from the hill. There are carp in the pond and you can find lizard, and the grounds are fun. The hotel also has rooms with spa and sauna, so I recommend it to Japanese people like me. The staff are friendly and kindly, and I definitely want to come back!💖💖
