My wife and I were there for an anniversary, and I must say it didn't disappoint. The elegant and understated atmosphere, excellent service, and highly refined dishes, not to mention the wine list, were equally impressive.
Since it was our first time, we opted for the tasting menu. I'd recommend the octopus, cod gnocchi, and eel, which were my absolute favorites.
The chef and his wife, Rita, were extremely kind, as were all the staff.

We went there for dinner. We didn't know what to expect. But the well trained service staff welcomed us with brief introduction and gestures from the kitchen, which was Parmesan cream, a local specialty and gin, apple juice and other juice mixed cold drink to clean your palette. The cod fish, lamb chop and pigeon were all prepared and presented in a thoughtful way with ingredients from the different area. We are seasoned travelers, who have tasted a variety of dishes. Ristorante Strada Facendo stands on our top list, from the creativity of the dish, service and well selected chinaware.

Last Saturday I celebrated my wedding at this fantastic restaurant. I knew Chef Barbieri's cuisine when he was at the old location, and I have fond memories of it that have not only been confirmed, but, if anything, even better.
The quality of what we ate cannot be described in words alone; that would be an understatement: it was an absolute sensation. Thanks to all the staff for the excellent lunch and impeccable service. Now the only problem is going somewhere else to eat. See you soon. Paolo

Along the way, along the way, you always find yourself back where you've been before. In my opinion, they're in the top three of Modena's best restaurants. I've known Emilio and Rita for years, following them ever since their days on Via Emilia Ovest, then on Ponte Alto in Via di Passaggio, and now here.
A cuisine steeped in South American and Emilian influences, a unique style that brings out the finest ingredients, leaving an explosion of emotions and delicious sensations on the palate. An excellent international wine list. A location that finally lives up to the quality of those who have run it with lifelong dedication and passion, with nothing left to prove to anyone. When you don't have to chase anything and things are done because you feel it, they achieve the best results, and today, along the way, it's truly the best version of itself ever...

Finely renovated, intimate restaurant with a few well-spaced tables. The quality of the dishes, raw materials, and compositions are of a high gastronomic level, and the wine list is also excellent and extensive. Absolutely recommended.
