03/01/2025: Excellent experience in a restaurant that fully deserves its Michelin star! When I booked, I didn't know about the recognition, I was only based on the photos seen on Google Maps. We celebrated our 10 years of marriage with the family and it was an unforgettable lunch, a day that we will always carry in our hearts. The service was impeccable, every course, from the starter to the dessert, was a work of art: unique flavours, quality and taste at the highest levels. The staff was very kind and even the chef came to greet us with a warm goodbye. A place I highly recommend and where we will definitely return. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

05/01/2025: Best wine tasting of my life. I've done one in Tuscany. This was better! Paco is a great host and makes you feel very welcome and recommends amazing stuff. The straciatella toast was to die for, add well. You can't leave alberobello without trying his wines.

30/12/2024: Well done! I had dinner with my family and our dog at this restaurant. Given the choice and having read up on the place, I would have left the children and dog at home but being on holiday I had no alternative.. Both the children and the dog were welcomed with warmth and professionalism and this allowed me to enjoy the tasting menu together with my wife. Great experience and good selection of wines Advised

08/12/2024: We ate last night at this restaurant in Fasano and will definitely return in the future. Chef Luca together with his wife made us live an unforgettable experience. Each dish told a story, theirs... made of complicity and love. Congratulations for the attention to detail and the elegance of the dishes... spectacular colors and flavors!

02/12/2024: We were a little disappointed due to the outstanding reviews. The ambience is unparalleled and the service is friendly. But the food only looked great on the menu. My fried potatoes with red cabbage were simple potato pancakes with raw grated red cabbage. This is not a high level of cooking and tasted a bit bland - like raw food. Still a nice evening, but you shouldn't go here if you appreciate very good food. Then it's better to trust the Michelin Guide.

05/11/2024: Amazing place! The food, the owner who took care of us and the atmosphere were amazing. They welcomed us really nicely and even put a candle on my desert as it was my birthday. We had tuna and octopus and both were beautiful. We also had an appetizer which was super nice and a delicious cheesecake. Highly recommend and book a table for sure as there are only few tables inside.

02/12/2024: Ceno per la seconda volta con la famiglia e si conferma un ristorante di alta qualità. Materie prime freschissime, piatti ben presentati, ricette molto gustose, accoglienza, gentilezza. Da provare assolutamente gli antipasti dello chef.

28/09/2024: Da Buona Salentina il conviviale è in primis la tavola di casa nostra . Appunto abbiamo rivisitato questo nome restaurant e persino l'aria ricorda noi in tutto . I piatti non solo abbondanti ma originali del territorio . Luigina è la mamma che apparecchia e serve con la dolcezza che contraddistingue le nostre mamme in cucina . Arriviamo sotto un porticato illuminato ad aria marina ( pochi passi dal mare ionio) un ciao "settative è pronto" accoglie un tavolo ordinato e funzionale . Antipastib( non finivano mai ) di terra nostra con vino a scelta . Primi di terra con opzione di ricotta scanta ...e qui i ricordi della mia nonna e papà."Sagne incannulate "e sugo che mai potreste assaggiare se non nel mio Salento . In quella serata la specialità del giorno " monicedde" ...ripetiamo ripetiamo e ripetiamo . Ma ora ....perché scrivere ancora ....vi mostro le foto ( alcuni piatti saltati al fotografo perché già buttato sul piatto ) .Vieni in Puglia e vuoi mangiare i piatti di una cucina "te casa " ??? VIENI QUI .

02/01/2025: Thanks to a gift, we took advantage of the Masseria Bandino Spa... What can I say, everything was perfect and enchanting! From the kind welcome to the obsessive cleanliness of the spaces... we took a two-hour journey through saunas, hydromassage and relaxation on the sunbeds, served with drinks and herbal teas, and a plate of fresh fruit, all accompanied by relaxing music and the right amount of privacy ! An environment with attention to the smallest details, where it leaves no room for the smells of mold or stagnant water that we have always smelled in other wellness centres, but rather the scents of lime and clean smells! Both the lady at the reception and the lady at the Spa were kind, welcoming, smiling and not intrusive! An excellent solution as a gift idea so as not to make a bad impression, but for us, a right motivation to return!

20/12/2024: Terrible experience, truly speechless. Culinary journey proposed by the 360° failed chef. Anonymous dishes, no quality and certainly prepared well in advance. Desserts include a watery chantilly and a babà served hot. Old place and friendly staff but quality catering is something else.
