28/05/2024: Just spent a wonderful few hours at Pacos with Franchesco and team. Atmosphere and knowledge of wines was great and tasted many wines. I highly recommend visiting this wine bar to get a taste of the best local wines and food. Small and quaint and you’ll be sure to make new friends there. Thank you.

02/07/2024: In occasione di un evento serale, abbiamo cercato un locale x il pranzo. In una ricerca, trovo delle buone recensioni sull’osteria degli spiriti a Lecce. Telefono e prenoto il tavolo. All’arrivo ci viene incontro un tipo al quale chiediamo se fosse il titolare. Risponde in modo molto inespressivo e senza troppe parole. Ci fa scegliere il tavolo e ci porta il menù. Chiediamo di darci qualche consiglio sul menù del giorno e sul piatto tipico leccese. Anche in questo caso ci risponde ma senza enfasi. Vabbè, pranziamo un antipasto e un primo senza né lode né infamia. Chiediamo il conto (anche salato considerate le portate) ci alziamo x andare via, senza che il titolare ci chiedesse altro! Proviamo a salutare neanche risponde. Per fortuna che il ragazzo di sala gentilmente ci ha aperto la porta x farci uscire. Mah! Il sud è stupendo. La Puglia è meravigliosa. Ma dobbiamo imparare ancora tanto x fare turismo. Non ci torneremo più sicuramente in questa osteria nonostante le stelle michelle esposte in vetrina!

Enchanting location, excellent welcome and truly superlative cuisine. Refined dishes and balanced flavours, quality raw materials, we will definitely be back!!!!

Prepare to enter an alternative dimension, where the music, the atmosphere, the team in the room (and inside the kitchen) and, last but not least, the food, contribute to making this sensorial intertwining almost epic. Young chef but with great international experience and a lot of passion for what he does every day together with his life partner. Also worth trying in winter with different dishes and aromas. Rating: 10. Ps. We can look even higher, good luck! Pps. It is useless to dwell on some courses in particular because they are all part of a journey, each of which is therefore fundamental and irreplaceable.

08/07/2024: Ogni volta che torno in questo ristorante, a distanza di mesi o addirittura di anni, lo trovo sempre eccezionale. L' eccellenza è nella qualità, nella creatività ( senza mai avvicinarsi alla nouvelle cousine o alla cucina fusion ), nell' eleganza, nel servizio impeccabile e, naturalmente, nella superba gustosità. Non saprei consigliare una pietanza particolare, perchè sono tutte fantastiche, dall' antipasto al dessert, ed ogni volta c' è solo il rimpianto di aver tralasciato qualcosa. In ogni caso, mai rinunciare ai fantastici antipasti, assaggiando i quali subito si capisce che non c'è alcun paragone con altri, sia pure rinomati, ristoranti pugliesi. Anche la carta del vini è all'altezza del menu. Provare per credere !

24/06/2024: Truly a great discovery! Fast service and excellent food quality! Absolutely try the puccia with shredded meat (pork or veal). The fried foods and also the bombette are delicious... but the truly incredible thing is the quality/price ratio! In two adults + 2 children we spent just over 30 euros eating until we burst and taking away some things with a box provided by them... highly recommended!

12/06/2024: A good steak is hard to find and this place offers one ot the best that I have tried. This is a no miss experience for everybody who enjoys food. Will be going there every time I visit Bari.
