13/05/2026: My family (including two dogs) and I stopped by by chance...we'll be back to Trevi for this wonderful restaurant. The hospitality, helpfulness, and friendliness were superb!!! We had tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, beef carpaccio with arugula and cherry tomatoes...the meat was tender and delicious!!!

11/05/2026: Excellent trattoria in the center of the small village of Trevi... with some friends, we spent a delightful day sampling excellent traditional dishes, mostly Umbrian but not exclusively! Everything was delicious, excellent value, and the staff was friendly and always helpful! The freshly baked bread was delicious! We'll definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the veranda!

10/04/2026: Four of us were friends on a trip to Assisi and had lunch at Osteria Piazzetta dell'Erba—a perfect choice! The gorgeous day allowed us to sit outside, and from there, everything was a pleasure. We were warmly welcomed and served with attention and professionalism: we felt truly pampered. The dish that everyone raved about? The strangozzi cacio e pepe with truffle, a true delight. It was one of those tables where you laugh, eat well, and never want to leave. We'll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

03/07/2026: I will definitely return to Taverna Del Verziere, as I have been doing for some time now, being a regular. This time, too, was a truly fantastic experience! The food is always top-notch, but the cappellaccio I had today was simply excellent. Special praise also goes to the staff, who are very young, but despite their age, demonstrate a professionalism and customer service that are truly rare. Every time I sit outside, I'm always amazed by the breathtaking view. Dining with such a view of Montone makes everything even more magical. Highly recommended. I also recommend making a reservation before arriving, as they are often full.

09/06/2026: Had dinner last night in this restaurant, housed in a beautiful historical building overlooking Piazza del Comune. The terrace offers a stunning setting for al fresco dining, and enjoying the fresh evening breeze while taking in the view made the experience even more memorable. Moreno, the owner, warmly welcomed us and shared the rich and fascinating history of both the restaurant and the local culinary traditions, adding a personal touch that made us appreciate the experience even more. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable from start to finish. We started with the tagliere, featuring an excellent selection of local cold cuts, cheeses, and other regional specialties. For our main courses, we enjoyed the pappardelle al cinghiale and the lamb, both of which were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Everything about our evening was exceptional—the atmosphere, the hospitality, and the quality of the food. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dining experience.

08/07/2026: Especially these days, it's very difficult to combine three generations in a provincial restaurant, but there are those who have succeeded! I've known the place (a trattoria, then a restaurant) since the 1990s. The only common thread is the quality and authenticity of the products on the menu. Once upon a time, a plate of pasta, macaroni, umbrichelle, puff pastry, strictly handmade, flour, eggs, water, a pinch of salt, as per Umbrian tradition. Today, a first course worthy of the name! A second course, a side dish, and so on, including wine, water, a tablecloth (certainly not made of TNT), and everything else needed to ensure the customer enjoys a pleasant moment in life in absolute harmony with the food, all while always pampered by a skilled and professional service aimed at maximizing the exaltation of the culinary art, an art which, not coincidentally, is expressed by a wise woman and a chef who graduated from the Orvieto hotel school with excellent grades.

07/07/2026: Does everything work here? Yes, it's all super! Futuristic cellar! Here you can find niche wines that don't comply with EEC standards, made by courageous winemakers who still dare to dream. This must be given credit to those who manage wine with dedication and passion (increasingly rare today). What about the dishes? Seasonal, high-quality raw materials. Simplicity of flavors served with absolute expertise and hints of creativity... what more could you want in a lunch/dinner? When you get up from the table and ask yourself if you enjoyed it? And you answer yes, you did.

26/07/2026: The restaurant is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The furnishings are splendid, everything is perfectly coordinated. The special care taken throughout the restaurant is evident. We had gnocchi, truffle, and sausage for the first course: delicious, balanced, and delicate. For the second course, we had the veal fillet with truffle, which was also spectacular. Excellent cooking. The owner is gracious and kind. Overall, an excellent experience, highly recommended.

To start, we shared two house antipasti: a beautiful platter filled with cured meats, select cheeses, beans, and the ever-present wild herbs, all authentic and flavorful. 🥰 For first courses, we dug into traditional classics: impeccable pici cacio e pepe and tagliatelle with white Chianina ragù, which were simply out of this world. Highly recommended to anyone passing through! Welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and authentic cuisine. ✨🍝 Fairly priced! We'll definitely be back! 🍷
