19/10/2025: Don't miss this place. It's a little miracle. One person is the chef (with his own wonderful vision of signature cuisine), the waiter, and the sommelier. The food is incredible. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is homely. I highly recommend it.

02/07/2025: Amazing spot! The owners are wonderful. This is the best spot to come for delicious food and great cocktails. And it hits the spot if you are craving an American burger and the BEST chicken wings. The restaurant is small and I recommend reservations.

13/11/2025: A pleasant discovery! I'd heard about this place and finally decided to try it, piqued by curiosity. Small but very welcoming, where you can relax and read a book! I tried a very good and unique poke. Fast service and affordable prices. It's a shame the bistro is a bit hidden, but I'd definitely go back!
12/11/2025: Special place: a bar and a bookshop, specializing in children's books, with a room for courses and meetings... To visit and return! Now there are access problems due to road reconstruction, but the uniqueness of the place is in the second entrance. Perhaps less comfortable but incredibly fascinating. Visiting the restaurant remains a priority if you pass through these parts. A plus is the service: the friendliness and affability of the owner are a plus that transforms every visit into an enchanting adventure. Update: road and access finally fixed, it is confirmed as a true oasis for a restaurant for the soul and... also the stomach... highly recommended.

20/09/2025: Nice bar/restaurant by the reservoir. Limited parking available. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was only a small selection of food on our visit as it was the last day of opening. Nevertheless, we were satisfied. The prices are a bit high, but not too bad considering the location.
19/09/2025: Initially disappointed because there was no pizza. As a second option, I chose the spinach spaetzle with gorgonzola and walnuts; it was delicious!
Great atmosphere, beautiful view, and friendly people.

07/11/2025: What more can you say about the best restaurant in the world… absolutely AMAZING! Service, spot on, intimate, warm, inviting, friendly… what else can I say. Food, WOW. The only thing I struggled with the was how much food but that’s not a real problem!

Azzardata la scelta degli abbinamenti per la degustazione Miseria e nobiltà. Inaccettabile la reazione di uno dei sommelier al problema sollevato
riguardo lo stato di conservazione di uno dei vini. Annotazione fatta da un sommelier altrettanto qualificato seduto al mio tavolo. Il ragazzo ha sostituito il vino ma con supponenza ha manifestato il suo disappunto senza assaggiare il vino in questione e dicendo palesemente che non era d’accordo. Mi limito a dare un piccolo consiglio a chi segue la sala: il servizio di un ristorante di così alto livello dovrebbe essere supervisionato da qualcuno con più esperienza. Ammirevole la presenza di tanti giovani ma la gestione di questi inconvenienti non può essere affidata ad un personale così giovane semplicemente perché “acerbo” nel gestire questi inconvenienti.
Piccolo consiglio all’architetto che ha curato gli interni: togliamo le tende oscuranti che dopo quasi 5 ore di pranzo con la luce artificiale mandano in tilt il cervello?????
Lo chef resta intoccabile.

Looking for the best lampredotto sandwich available, unfortunately not available at Fiaschetto, because they were out for the day, and preparing antipasti for a... wedding the next day! Fortunately for me, the same weeding that we were! :D Sooo, they brought me one lampredotto at the wedding! Excellent taste, excellent service level, I would warmly recommend Fiaschetto

03/11/2025: We're back after a year, and Sara Scarsella and Matteo Compagnucci have confirmed their reputation as one of the best restaurants in Lazio. Their cuisine is high-end, rooted in the local area, yet clearly influenced by the two chefs' experiences abroad. Their use of fermentation enhances the ingredients and also enhances the accompanying tastings with a rich selection of kombucha. The dining room staff is as skilled as the kitchen, as is the sommelier, whose selections perfectly complement the dishes.
27/10/2025: What an experience!! This is amongst my top 3 Michelin restaurants, innovative, creative and sooo good. The service was impeccable and the wine pairing perfect!

16/11/2025: A unique experience in a beautiful setting. Kudos to Chef Cerveni for his skill and humility. He presented the various menus and explained the origins of the dishes, naturally involving us in his world. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and will return as soon as possible.
Special mention for the dish with shrimp, purple potato, and Franciacorta sauce.
16/11/2025: Very beautiful, rustic location, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area. Super professional service. A special plus goes to the chef who welcomed us into the restaurant, explained the various menus, and how the dishes were created. During service, he would come and ask how things were going... truly appreciated.
Very good food, especially the ramen, which was truly devastating.
