Tonight we had the pleasure of dining with you and were pampered by Chef Biagio and his staff with a tasting menu of gourmet cubotti with creative and delicious fillings. We let the chef's choices guide us and savored a mix of the highest-quality ingredients. The original and expert combinations made balanced, structured, and never boring flavors explode in our mouths. 02/07/2025: Amazing spot! The owners are wonderful. This is the best spot to come for delicious food and great cocktails. And it hits the spot if you are craving an American burger and the BEST chicken wings. The restaurant is small and I recommend reservations.

05/09/2025: We went to this gelateria to end an evening on September 1, 2025, recommended by friends. We moved to Milano Marittima in April, and I hadn't yet had a chance to try their gelato. What can I say? SUPERLATIVE! We tried the flavors: Black Hawaii (if I'm not mistaken, that's what it's called), Ricotta al Sale, and Lotus. We fell in love. Truly special and friendly people, with whom we even had a chat. P.S. They make their own cream. Try it, you won't regret it! Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: It's undoubtedly the best seafood restaurant in the entire Turin area. When I go to Gufo Nero, I know I won't be disappointed, but what amazes me most is their ability to always surprise me with perfect pairings, created specifically to enhance the flavor of the fresh fish available at that moment. Lobster, amberjack, shrimp, tuna, scallops, razor clams, cod... whatever you eat, it's always a perfect combination of sight, smell, and taste, thanks also to the excellent wine list. At Gufo Nero, you can taste the true flavor of fresh fish, the same as at the best seaside restaurants in southern Italy. Thanks to the owner, Luca, for his immense courtesy and professionalism, and for always striving for the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend it to seafood lovers, and more generally to anyone who wants to make a great impression on friends, colleagues, or clients.

11/11/2025: Incredible experience! What was a cold rainy day in Alberobello, turned into a magical two hours just trying to take shelter from the rain. Once we were seated, we were greeted by Francesco, the owner of Paco Wines. He asked us what sort of wines we liked and how he could find something we would enjoy. We sort of felt like a little Rosé, so he returned to allow us to sample three different ones. All were great and we enjoyed our first glass. We ordered some light snacks. He returned later to allow us to try some reds. He also made a great effort to get to know us and tell us about his business. He has a great passion for what he does and it comes across. My wife settled on a wonderful Primitivo (the best I had tried in Italy BTW). I got a glass of Negroamario...absolutely stunning. I bought a bottle to bring back home. What an amazing two hours. Francesco was so warm and welcoming. And when we were done and walked outside, the sky was breaking to reveal blue skies. Another Italian miracle!

The staff's friendliness was amazing; even though they barely knew our language, they did their best to understand us perfectly. I will definitely recommend it to everyone. 13/11/2025: A pleasant discovery! I'd heard about this place and finally decided to try it, piqued by curiosity. Small but very welcoming, where you can relax and read a book! I tried a very good and unique poke. Fast service and affordable prices. It's a shame the bistro is a bit hidden, but I'd definitely go back!

12/11/2025: Special place: a bar and a bookshop, specializing in children's books, with a room for courses and meetings... To visit and return! Now there are access problems due to road reconstruction, but the uniqueness of the place is in the second entrance. Perhaps less comfortable but incredibly fascinating. Visiting the restaurant remains a priority if you pass through these parts. A plus is the service: the friendliness and affability of the owner are a plus that transforms every visit into an enchanting adventure. Update: road and access finally fixed, it is confirmed as a true oasis for a restaurant for the soul and... also the stomach... highly recommended.

16/11/2025: Very beautiful, rustic location, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area. Super professional service. A special plus goes to the chef who welcomed us into the restaurant, explained the various menus, and how the dishes were created. During service, he would come and ask how things were going... truly appreciated. Very good food, especially the ramen, which was truly devastating.

16/11/2025: A unique experience in a beautiful setting. Kudos to Chef Cerveni for his skill and humility. He presented the various menus and explained the origins of the dishes, naturally involving us in his world. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and will return as soon as possible. Special mention for the dish with shrimp, purple potato, and Franciacorta sauce.

20/09/2025: Nice bar/restaurant by the reservoir. Limited parking available. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was only a small selection of food on our visit as it was the last day of opening. Nevertheless, we were satisfied. The prices are a bit high, but not too bad considering the location.

19/09/2025: Initially disappointed because there was no pizza. As a second option, I chose the spinach spaetzle with gorgonzola and walnuts; it was delicious! Great atmosphere, beautiful view, and friendly people.

29/09/2025: A unique experience, given that it's a one-man show, meaning the owner does everything himself: cooks, takes orders, serves, and recommends. Very unique, generous, and carefully prepared dishes. Remarkable value for money, excellent wine list. Affordable prices. Very limited seating (max 12-14). The only downside is that the restaurant is located on a narrow street in the historic center, hard to find, and a bit stuffy, so avoid if you want to eat outdoors.
