We happened to chance on the restaurant whilst exploring the older part of the town. Read the amazing reviews and we then made reservations via WhatsApp. They just reopened today 1 April after a vacation break. They were very kind to guide us in their menu. We shared a salad- couscous di legume antichi. And we ordered the octopus and the tuna which was both done perfect. Couldn’t resist a dessert which was a lemon meringue pie with coffee inside.

Highly recommended, but also highly recommend making a reservation. Due to it being quaint the chances are slim of getting a table upon walk in.

I won't use too many words to describe what wasn't just a dinner, but an experience. We felt at home, welcomed and pampered, in a truly comfortable environment. The dishes were excellent and refined, and the owners were truly delightful. I don't have much else to add, other than to absolutely recommend trying it! I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I was on Tinder, bored with the usual boring men, when suddenly a guy with a neo-melodic voice attracted me. He invited me to get a slice of pizza from Veliero, in the old town of Bari. I replied: if you want to go out with me, you have to take me to MINT in Polignano. He (after asking his mom for his allowance) was excited and booked a table for two. I won't tell you the whole evening, but do you remember the movie When Harry Met Sally?!!! The orgasms from Fabrizio's dishes were real. Highly recommended for a one-of-a-kind experience.
