I recommend the "authentic" Genovese, the Gorgonzola and walnut parcels, and the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms. 15/05/2026: We came to Cimitile for a relative's wedding and tried this property for the first time. The stay was super comfortable, the rooms were very well-kept and clean, and we even had the opportunity to try the restaurant for lunch. All the dishes were delicious. The first courses were generous and delicious, and the second courses were of excellent quality meat and fresh seasonal vegetables. Onofrio, the owner, is a very kind person who assisted us with every need with warmth and friendliness. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Onofrio.
