R. Strino In Napoli

I recently worked in the village of Santa Lucia. I had passed by several times without ever stopping even though I was intrigued because it was clear that it had excellent products... a couple of days ago I went there for the first time with my wife... courtesy and kindness reign supreme. We took 2 sandwiches and to say they were good is an understatement... an exceptional flavour, a unique taste! Highest quality products. Not only have you acquired a new customer but I will give you great publicity... people like you deserve this and more!

We were looking around for a place to try some local meats and cheeses, trying to find something small and not tourist baiting. We found this hidden gem in the back streets of the coast. We asked for a mixed taster platter (as seen in the picture), which is offered with beer or wine of your choice. They have a wide selection of wines from local to national bottles. We had lovely conversations with the owner, Davide, who told us he’s the 4th generation of this business which started in 1930s. His passion for the delicacy was so admirable and inspiring. We got to try a wide range of cheese and cured meats as well as some homemade baked goods and vegetable dishes. He kept coming back with more stuff for us to try! Highly recommend this little shop to anyone local or touring around the area. Look out for it! The prices were also very fair and reasonable for such a high quality selection and for the portion sizes. We had an Italian speaker with us who did most of the talking, otherwise I don’t think we would’ve been able to talk to him much which would’ve been a huge shame as he was so wonderful. Strino is an institution. The products are always excellent in quality and also quite refined; furthermore they are always well equipped with every convenience; the staff always courteous despite the large number of pressing customers. For years it has been my solution to the question: "what should I eat today?" Highly recommended!!

very high quality products with selected staff who direct you on what to buy and what to consume. It has no equal, you can't compare it to any other place. It is clean and of quality.

What a delicatessen!!!! Afterwards I consult Google and….. all of Campania in a delicatessen! The goodness and refinement of the typical products, fabulous sandwiches like you would never imagine and the kindness of the owner... what more can I say? It's a shame we can only give 5 stars... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A gourmet delicatessen, recommended by a dear friend who has repeatedly praised its great quality and variety of products. I noticed a care in the preparation of rustic and caponata pizzas and also of a simple sandwich with ham and mozzarella. I couldn't resist and bought some spectacular suet and pepper taralli that I recommend to anyone in the area, and then I ordered a pizza filled with escarole (slightly tasty but it's a matter of taste even though I always recommend a little taste to the chef) which was eaten, but was not as enthusiastic as the rest of the products offered...
