06/05/2025: We went to the spa and in the evening we had dinner in the restaurant, I finally found competence in the dining room and technique in the kitchen, everything was really good and the flavors were exceptional. The waiter, if I'm not mistaken, his name is Gabriele, really treated us very well even at breakfast. We will definitely be back.

01/06/2025: The place is in a pedestrian street with seating inside, in the garden and in the pedestrian alley. The furniture (especially the bathroom) and various boxes (like the bread box) are made with recycled material from wooden wine crates. The menu offers typical dishes but revisited. If you let yourself be carried away, the meal can become an experience of flavors. In addition to what you order, you are pampered by at least 4 (in our case) travel-size welcome and farewell tastings: a first appetizer consisting of mini bagnacauda, ​​garden vegetables and cooked greens with their own black bread to accompany it; a second pre-meal consisting of a block of nice thick butter with its accompanying bread; a pre-coffee / pre-dessert to cleanse the mouth consisting of a scoop of sorbet; various sweets to accompany the coffee. Each course has its own plate or tray, to be reconciled (it seems) with shape, consistency and color. A special note to the plin dish: tiny, filled with game, grilled and served in a wafer that melts in your mouth.

04/06/2025: Fantástica cena en Langotto. Elisa dirige el frente de la casa y Otto dirige la cocina. Comimos platos tan buenos el domingo que regresamos para la segunda ronda el viernes. Los panes dulces de ternera y el plato de champiñones morcilla fue una de las mejores cosas que he comido. Y he estado en muchos restaurantes de clase mundial. 05/05/2025: Great cocktails, kind people & cheesy pretzels – what more can you ask for? We stopped by for some Aperol spritz and a few shots, and everything was spot on. The drinks were tasty and well-balanced, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Bonus points: they served us snacks – peanuts and little cheese pretzels – which made everything even better. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxed evening!

The location is simply enchanting: among olive trees, greenery and silence, it is the perfect place to relax and regenerate. The presence of the swimming pool and the hydromassage was an added value that made our stay even more pleasant. The location is strategic, ideal as a base for visiting Umbria and discovering the beauty of the surroundings without giving up tranquility. A special thanks to Maurizio, his family and all the staff, who welcomed us with rare kindness and professionalism. We felt at home, pampered in every detail. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, relaxation and sincere hospitality

23/06/2025: We were captured by the name of the tavern, intrigued we tried it and I must say we were satisfied! Prices slightly high but justified by the fact that the ingredients are really excellent! Ordered two first courses and we were surprised by the combinations! Super kind, helpful and courteous staff. If you want to try something other than the usual tagliolini allo scoglio, this tavern is an absolute must! You will not be disappointed

I would recommend, if I may, a greater respect for the Apulian traditions and therefore grilled and skewered in purity with less breadcrumbs and fried without vegetables and a little more crispy (perhaps the temperature of the oil was not at the right level). 08/06/2025: This Michelin restaurant was recommended by the owner of our lodging. We arrived in Bari rather late and decided to do ala carte (the preset menu would be my recommendation). We were lucky that they allowed us to come in near to their closing time. We started with Sea bream tartare with guacamole, caviar and herb (highly recommended). Cappellacci with prawn, sheep ricottas and truffle was fresh and flavorful. Risotto with pork and ricotta cheese was good even though was not as special as the Cappellacci. Btw they gave us complementary various apulian pettole and appetizers. This is a must visit when you are in Bari
