10/11/2025: A truly pleasant experience! The cuisine is truly delicate, with attention to every detail and dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The place is welcoming, clean, and very well-kept. The staff is extremely kind and attentive; they even lent us an umbrella to walk to our car in the rain, a gesture that shows great courtesy and customer care. We'll definitely be back!

This is the second time we've been here and probably not the last...! There's so much to do in the Valley, whether in summer or winter.
27/09/2025: Coming from France (83) to spend 3 nights half-board in this magnificent chalet-hotel, we really appreciated the atmosphere, the welcome, and the smiles of the owners and staff, who speak French. The room is comfortable (no TV), the bedding is excellent, as are the meals and breakfasts, hearty and delicious. (Picnic available). Relaxation room with games, a movie projector, and books available.
Friendly bar. Magnificent Maira Valley. We highly recommend it and will definitely return, and thank you for the little welcome gift. 👍👍😉👋

We chose the five-course tasting menu and found it to be a delightful experience, every dish was interesting and full of flavor. Special thanks to Luca for the outstanding service.
13/12/2025: This was one of the best restaurant experiences of our lives, hands down. My husband surprised me with a reservation for my birthday dinner during our trip to Rome. We were absolutely blown away by the level of hospitality, cuisine and the overall atmosphere. We received wonderful chef’s compliments along with our 7-course meal selection too.
One of my favourite parts of the evening was the snack presentation hanging from a dry grape vine! This is so beautiful and creative.
At the end of the night, the chef himself came out to greet the customers and we had a chance to compliment him on the food personally.
Immaculate service from start to finish. We were extremely happy with our choice and now recommend the restaurant to all our friends.
I love it how the restaurant is in a quiet unremarkable location, but once you enter, it’s a completely different world inside.

06/10/2025: A great tip for cake and tart lovers. Lots of unique cake creations. The idea of offering several smaller pieces for tasting is a good one. Wally's recipe books are also very interesting and motivating to try them yourself. We really enjoyed them.

What can I say? We chose the "Tomino burger." It was delicious, to say the least. I've never had a sandwich like it, a combination of high-quality ingredients. Not to mention the fries with gorgonzola cheese, delicious!!!

10/11/2025: I had dinner at Topogriglio with my husband and I have to say it was an excellent experience. The meat was quality, the place was nice, the atmosphere intimate with candles, and the owner was kind and willing to discuss improvements where necessary.
Excellent service, and even though it's not exactly cheap, it's worth it!
We'll be back!

05/11/2025: Luigi is a good host and master of the art, thoroughly describing his dishes and wine pairings. The three stars, rather than four, are due to the complete lack of tablecloths and the fact that I had to ask for cutlery to share some shared dishes with other diners. Even a simple white table runner, given the presence of a cutlery rest and the price, would prevent the (black) tables from being covered in fingerprints! Good luck, Luigi; you're already good, but you can still improve.

17/10/2025: My partner and I were cycling along the promenade. Then we discovered this great ice cream parlor on Google Maps. We stopped there for a bit. We ordered a piccolo ice cream with two flavors. We had strawberry and chocolate. The strawberry was amazing. The chocolate tasted incredibly like real dark chocolate, like you'd expect from a chocolate bar. So amazing. The prices are perfect, too. It's perfectly reasonable for the large scoops you get. A "Gelato Piccolo" with two flavors costs €3.
A "Gelato Medio" with three flavors costs €3.50.
A "Gelato Grande" with three flavors costs €4.
