20/08/2025: Il Bufalo Trippone – A small gastronomic treasure in Florence In the heart of Florence, we discovered Il Bufalo Trippone, a small but charming wine bar that conquers from the first moment with its warmth and authenticity. The atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, perfect for enjoying a quiet break away from the tourist bustle. We tasted a selection of artisan cheeses and salami of excellent quality, served with care and knowledge. Each cut had its own character, and the combination of flavors recalled the essence of the most genuine Tuscany. To accompany it, we chose the house white wine, fresh, aromatic and with a fruity touch that paired perfectly with the cold cuts and cheeses. A highly recommended option to let yourself be carried away by the pleasure of the table. In short, Il Bufalo Trippone is one of those places that make you feel at home, where quality products and friendly treatment are the true protagonists. 23/08/2025: I went to this wonderful restaurant with my boyfriend for our five-year anniversary. We opted for the "Onde" menu, which I highly recommend. The waiters and sommelier are excellent and highly knowledgeable, and make you feel at home. They explained every dish and every detail of the wine divinely. The food is literally mind-blowing: explosive, flavorful, perfectly balanced, a journey for the taste buds and, in every way, an experience as much as a dinner. The place is obviously beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very, very elegant. I recommend everyone to go there. People often think that with a tasting menu you eat too little, but after the fifth course, my boyfriend and I were already quite full and very satisfied (though we did find room for pre-dessert and dessert). Basically, I recommend everyone to go there. The price may seem high, but for the service, the quality they offer, the preparation of the staff, and the attention to detail behind each dish, which literally makes each dish a work of art, it's actually more than fair. Amazing. If you want to make your girlfriend happy, you know where to go.

23/08/2025: My partner and I went for dinner in early August. The location consists of an elegant and well-furnished terrace overlooking the Mincio River. We opted for the "Le Maree" tasting menu. The dishes were excellent, as was the presentation. The service was impeccable (we were looked after by Simone—professional, courteous, and friendly). Rating from 1 to 10: 10!!! A must-try if you're in the Borghetto area.

29/08/2025: I'd been wanting to go for a while and immerse myself in Gloria's cuisine. The place is beautiful, sophisticated yet simple, with excellent staff. Mirko guided us through everything and recommended wines. We chose the Botanico tasting menu, which took us on a run through the meadows and a walk in the woods among mushrooms, passing by intense yet delicate aromas, an explosion of flavors, and also pleasing the eye with meticulously crafted, enchanting dishes. Gloria greeted us in person, and it was lovely to chat with her because you could sense her genuine interest in getting to know us and our opinions. She's a lovely person. The Romagna/Carnia blend was excellent. We hope to return and enjoy these incredible dishes.

28/08/2025: A place like this doesn't need a review, but I'll write one anyway for anyone who has any doubts: go there. I had the pleasure of dining here and was absolutely enchanted! The setting is refined and elegant, the atmosphere welcoming and sophisticated. I find it poetic to dine in a renovated barn, which fits perfectly into the Raveo setting and the overall experience. Every dish we tasted had flavors and aromas that were sometimes familiar, sometimes new, sometimes familiar but rediscovered. You can immediately see the commitment and passion that Gloria and her husband put into their work. You can see that every detail has been attended to with love and dedication; the sincerity of their welcome is almost touching. In short, if you're looking for an authentic and refined culinary experience, the Indiniò restaurant in Raveo is the perfect choice. Kudos to them for their exceptional work!

27/08/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming, and I really appreciated the restaurant's modest size. This not only allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet before dining on excellent dishes, but also to sneak a quick peek at the preparation, which is done almost in plain sight.

26/08/2025: What an amazing experience to have dinner at Glass Bistro run by Stefano! Not just the food, which is art, but mostly the pleasant ambiance that Stefano manages to create, you really feel like a guest in his kitchen and not just a client, which is quite unique nowadays. If you are in Pavia, do try it out, you will surely not regret! :) PS: if you are also passionate about water, this is the place to go ;)

08/09/2025: Absolutely loved our experience at Mint! The restaurant is cosy and stunning, every inch has been thoughfully decorated. The menu is exceptional, not only a break from the relatively similar traditional menus, but also vegan/vegetarian friendly with options for pescetarians, creative and well thought through! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable! We had a lovely conversation with the owner and chef, who came to say hello! It was a rare gem and if you come to Polignano do not miss this absolute gem!

26/07/2025: Tried several times for special occasions. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate, with perfect acoustics for a quiet evening of conversation. The helpful and knowledgeable staff showcases the dishes and offers recommendations and pairings if desired. Carefully crafted and refined dishes are prepared with top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended. Prices are high, but considering the experience, it's definitely worth the price.

Al di là del pranzo ottimo e del servizio perfetto, sono stati dei gran signori: per un piccolo incolpevole incidente, hanno offerto la cena, malgrado non ci fossimo lamentati e non lo avessimo richiesto e, anzi, avessimo insistito per pagare. Torneremo e lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici!

13/07/2025: La location all'interno di un antico palazzo è davvero affascinante. Pranziamo all'esterno in un ampio cortile rivestito d'edera su tutti i lati con tavoli abbastanza distanti tra loro e senza avvertire la calura esterna. Disponibili più degustazioni con un ampia possibilità di scelta considerato anche che i prezzi "alla carta" non sono esagerati. Selezioniamo proprio dalla carta ed iniziamo con il mosaico di tonno e ricciola marinati alla panzanella; è la composizione di tonno e ricciola a colpire l'occhio ma è il fantastico condimento della panzanella ad innestare le marce alte del gusto. Proseguiamo con la linguina con crema ai ricci di mare, cipollotto arrostito e polvere di nduja. Mescoliamo il tutto e la prima cosa che sentiamo è il cipollotto, buono, non eccezionale, ma non appena alla forchettata successiva peschiamo i ricci ecco che la soddisfazione è piena. Finora tutto bene ma è coì secondi che la cucina si esalta: sia l'"omaggio a Jackson Pollock", ovvero un filetto di rombo ricoperto da un velo di seppia con spuma di fagioli, spinaci, e chips al nero di seppia, sia l'agnello come un peperone “mbuttunat” sono di alto livello. L'omaggio a Pollock non è un semplice mix di ingredienti ma un insieme ben bilanciato dove ogni cosa ha motivo di esserci. L'agnello, con perfetta cottura, è semplicemente tra i più buoni mai assaggiati. Il piatto per cui ritornare. Si chiude con il gelato al provolone del monaco, una sorpresa per chi cerca qualcosa di nuovo ma, attenzione, non un dolce...dolce. Freschissima la "Green Experience" ovvero panna cotta al basilico, gelato al tè matcha, e schiuma di latte croccante. Da una carta dei vini con ricarichi ragionevoli scegliamo una bollicina: Albino Armani Trento Dosaggio Zero “Clè”, piacevole per l'intero pasto. Servizio veloce ed adeguato. Prezzi nella norma, buoni rispetto a location e qualità della cucina.

06/08/2025: For the first time, I tried a Michelin-starred restaurant... And what can I say? An incredible experience! The chef explained the dishes and his approach to culinary art, with all the beauty (and effort) that goes into sourcing the finest ingredients... Wow! The service was impeccable, the girls and sommelier were wonderful... The menu was fantastic, my favorites were the mushroom and tomato (the "simpler" and tastier dish). I was so happy when they sent my girlfriend a birthday candle; they were truly kind. A unique experience!

The tasting menu was classic yet innovative, using top-quality ingredients and innovative cooking methods for a harmonious result. The service was precise, the dishes were served with perfect timing, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable. A pleasant chat with Chef Stefano was a real plus, as we shared memories of legendary dishes we'd tasted in France at the same restaurants. His passion for using excellent ingredients, the flavors and aromas of the past intertwined with modern techniques—our compliments!
