A simple restaurant, with workers on their lunch break at the other tables, and the menu written on two chalkboards hanging on the wall. The lady who seats us is very kind and attentive. We order a portion of tagliatelle, cardoncello mushroom, guanciale, and pecorino cheese, and a portion of bavette with mullet ragù and bottarga. The wait is short, and the portions are generous. The dishes are very well-seasoned and flavorful. The bill is moderately low. Worth considering when in the area.

Unmissable! At one point, a fellow diner asks if Cannavacciuolo is hiding in the kitchen. The €40 fish menu is delicious! Highly recommended, in fact, mandatory.

It was truly excellent. We arrived without a reservation; in fact, everything was full and there was no room left. But the really friendly waitress came up with the idea of us sitting on the balcony. So we had a balcony all to ourselves, which was really great. For starters, we had mussels, which were simply fantastic. For main courses, we had the fried seafood platter and the Sardinian gnocci. Everything was amazing, absolutely delicious. We spent four weeks in Sardinia, and this was the very best restaurant food we've ever experienced. The service was also first-class. On top of that, it was extremely good value for money, and the portions were very generous. We would go back in a heartbeat; definitely go here if you want to eat something delicious!
