05/07/2026: I was struck by the passion with which Nicola (the owner) runs this farmhouse. The food is excellent, and the service is attentive and punctual, making it feel like being at home. Nicola is supported by his wife, an excellent cook, and his son, an expert in gardening and good wine. A wonderful experience.

We ended up tasting almost every item on display because we came here twice a day throughout our stay. Everything was fresh, high quality, and full of flavor. If you’re visiting Noto, this place is a must. Highly recommended!

06/07/2026: The Taverna degli Orsi presents itself as a very intimate and rustic restaurant, with a very welcoming and friendly staff, I'd say excellent. As for the food, I must say I enjoyed quality cured meats and cheeses. Their focaccia was good, but I would have preferred the contrast between the saltiness and the exquisite goat's cheese.

The food is also really good, perfectly spiced, flavorful, and fun to eat (since some dishes have to be eaten with your hands).
