03/04/2024: As an Italian food lover I feel like giving my all to this restaurant: - the service is welcoming, polite and professional - the location is almost too excellent: I was afraid that it might be a restaurant that aims to attract people passing through, but instead it offers a quality that leads to returning - Strong point, the cuisine: we had a wonderful baked sea bass; very fresh, cooked to perfection, soft and moist just the right amount, delicate but tasty, a real pleasure for the palate. The side dish of artichokes was equally excellent, fresh, no barbetta, seasoned to the minimum necessary to maintain their natural taste and not too salty (a flaw that I often notice in Rome, for my palate). Very punctual to finish dinner to allow us entry to the theater as requested when booking. We will return to try other dishes: I saw an appetizing truffle menu!

03/04/2024: A Roman restaurant located near Barberini Station in the center of Rome. It's adjacent to the hotel and the atmosphere is calm and nice. The staff are also nice and friendly. All of the meals are delicious, but we especially recommend the menu that uses truffles! I ordered various things such as pasta and risotto, but personally I think the risotto with truffles is the best♪
