It was a beautiful family dinner!! Impeccable service, very kind and I even managed to have a chat with chef Alfredo Russo!! Well the menu left me speechless, studied from A to Z perfect down to the smallest details. Thank you all for your hard work

There are no words, because they are sensations... Everything to be enjoyed slowly, slowly, to discover a world of new tastes never tried before. An intimate, no-frills location, with highly qualified staff. We had dinner accompanied by different wines for each course. Sublime experience: excellent tasting menu, quality wine pairings and excellent service. Impossible to complain, considering the location and how we ate. We were careful to read what we liked to avoid as food and to remember that we were celebrating a birthday.

Exceptional from every point of view In addition to the impeccable food, I particularly appreciated the kindness of the chef who welcomed us upon our arrival, personally took our orders and greeted us at the end. An elegant and well-kept place which, in my opinion, fully deserves the Michelin star it has been awarded. The dishes have their roots in tradition and are always enriched with an extremely interesting touch. Impeccable and courteous room service, a fundamental ingredient for a perfect evening!

Wonderful experience! The very accurate menu proposal, the refined venue and the excellent service. The final surprise was the view from the terrace where they brought us coffee and pastries. An experience to absolutely repeat

Come già fatto in altri ristoranti stellati (o che la stella se la meriterebbero) abbiamo fatto il menù degustazione di 7 portate e relativi 4 vini abbinati... che dire... agnolotti e uovo superlativi.. risotto non mi ha purtroppo entusiasmato (se confrontato ad altri).... carne e salsa verde abbinata, stellare, dolci ottimi. Servizio cordiale.. seppur forse vada fuori “etichetta” mi piace quando il personale esce un po’ fuori dalla loro figura e rompe quella barriera cameriere/cliente in modo da metterti ancora di più a tuo agio e farti vivere al meglio questa esperienza. Molto bello che lo chef venga al tavolo per la comanda e si intrattenga a fare quattro chiacchiere.. Location fantastica e la passeggiata sulla terrazza la vale tutta. Da provare il vermuth finale seppur a 12€ a bicchiere. Nel complesso molto soddistatto e esperienza che consiglio per chi, come il sottoscritto, è curioso e vuole sperimentare qualcosa di nuovo.

Inserito nei nostri tour dei ristoranti Michelin abitudinari ,decidiamo di visitare il ristorante Dolcestilnovo alla Reggia di Venaria.Subito colpiti dalla esclusiva posizione poiché inserito nella Reggia,elegante riservato e luminoso con spazi belli larghi.Accolti dalla Signora Stefania Russo e dallo Chef Alfredo che ci spiega e propone i piatti.Preso Menù 7 portate gourmet che illustrano nel modo migliore la filosofia dello Chef Alfredo Russo.Piatti di ottima presentazione semplice e chiara con abbinamenti pesce ,carne e verdura scelti da noi.Un applauso al risotto bufala,alici e limone ma un grande standing ovation alla polpetta di vitello impanata .Servizio presente veloce discreto e professionale,Stella più che meritata.Un grande grazie
