Dolce Stil Novo alla Reggia - Alfredo Russo In Venaria reale

For lunch, two of us ate an appetizer, a first course, and a second course. The dishes were original and excellent, beautifully presented. A small lapse in service was promptly and generously remedied. The interior was very comfortable, with a priceless location and view inside the Reggia di Venaria. A place I'd like to return to.

A starred experience, with service and hospitality that lived up to expectations. The meticulous attention to detail, the thoughtfulness in every single dish, and the careful selection of wines were tangible. Chef Russo was more than welcoming, making us feel at ease. Reservations are available both through their website and the TheFork app. The only downside is that the tasting menus offered on the platforms vary based on the number of courses rather than the price, so you'll need to decide which booking channel to choose based on your preferences. In any case, the final bill was fair. They accept pets, which isn't a given. The lack of free parking in the immediate vicinity (there's paid parking at the Reggia) is certainly a drawback, or I probably missed it.

A high-end restaurant. We tried their tasting menu with wine pairings. The dishes were excellent, with attention to detail. The service was impeccable, professional, and attentive. A little more smile and empathy would have made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a shame about the weather and not having eaten on the terrace.

A special dinner, the tasting menu is a great way to sample different dishes and different preparations. Personally, I was very impressed with the quality of the cuisine, the service, and the chef, who came out to introduce himself and say hello.

What an experience ! Alfredo Russo does not only kills your hunger but also provides you with his Art and his talent, by making you travel through a culinary journey. The entire atmosphere and whole experience is something I would recommend anyone. And if you have never tried such experience before (and especially in a UNESCO building), and if you are in Torino, you MUST make a stop there !

If you're visiting Turin and want to end your day at a restaurant as elegant as the city itself, I highly recommend Dolce Still Novo. Between the incredibly warm welcome, the sublime décor, and the magical service, I was more than satisfied. The view of the UNESCO World Heritage gardens is breathtaking, and of course, the food is exquisite. If you arrive hungry, you'll leave completely satisfied, as the portions are more than generous. Naturally, the presentation lives up to the restaurant's reputation and that of Chef Alfredo Russo. We opted for the seven-course tasting menu, and our palates embarked on a journey through a multitude of sensations that I can't quite describe. The selection of wines and aperitifs perfectly complemented the quality of the dishes and made the experience even more magical than the ambiance. And if you're feeling adventurous with cheese, I recommend trying some of their selection. Each one will take your palate to sensations you've never experienced before. In other words, and more simply, if you're looking for a high-quality culinary experience that will satisfy your hunger and fuel your wanderlust, Dolce Stil Novo and Alfredo Russo will be there to meet your expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu, with dishes paired with wines selected by the chef. The high quality was evident in the ingredients, the original plating, the discreet and efficient service, and the elegant setting inside the palace, expertly restored. It was a pleasure meeting the chef, who welcomed us at the start of the dinner, inquiring about our preferences and any allergies, and then kindly bid us farewell. We'll see you again soon!

I went to eat with my family. This restaurant was a wonderful discovery. The hospitality was excellent and the dinner was wonderful from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!
