An evening that began as a celebration for my friend's birthday... we were completely overwhelmed by this enchanting location. The tasting menu was simply sublime, with attention to detail in both the dishes and the service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had a spectacular culinary experience, accompanied by the smiles of the staff. Chef Cerveni is a true character!! Extremely friendly and talented. Congratulations to the entire staff!!

The dining room and ambiance were very well-appointed. We ate wonderfully, from start to finish. Special mention goes to the purple potato and the eel, both of which we loved. The desserts were also excellent. The price was fair for such quality and service. See you next time!

A flawless lunch experience today at Due Colombe restaurant.
What's immediately striking is the incredible balance of each course; chef Stefano Cerveni manages to create a perfect dialogue between the ingredients, without any one overpowering the other.
The flavors are crisp, clean, and deeply rooted in the ingredients. Attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere complete a top-notch experience.
