The chef knows how to enhance local products by combining tradition with innovation. Giuseppe is also an excellent collaborator and very passionate about his work. Worth trying for those who have never been there and for those who have tried it, it deserves to return

Good restaurant located in beautiful Franciacorta. Good and refined dishes - I recommend following one of the "routes" suggested in the menu rather than ordering "a la carte" to better appreciate the idea that the chef wants to convey. Prices in line with the cuisine and location.

A certainty. For the project and for the customers. Stefano Cerveni's cuisine is a must in Franciacorta and is constantly, fantastically evolving. The staff is prepared, kind, attentive. The vineyards, the medieval village, the refined environments do the rest.

Wonderful experience. The beautiful atmosphere, exceptional service. Perfect and informative wine pairing and a most delicious snd enchanting lunch. We’ve gone twice,a year apart, and hope to return again soon.

Abbiamo pranzato in 4 ed abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione "I classici del due Colombe ". L'esperienza è stata piacevole, ho molto apprezzato gli spaghetti con le mazzancolle ed i ricci; delizioso il dessert Shiso, un pochino meno l'insalata di pollo.
Prezzo adeguato, piatti tutti molto buoni e ben presentati, personale gentile e preparato.
Sicuramente consigliato.
