I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Delicious burgers at a great price. For an extra €0.50 they'll swap the bun for a gluten-free one, which I thought was excellent.

Best burger in Italy!! The place is small but charming, the burger is cocked on time to. E served and its a perfect example os “simple done right”. Nice service, good price and perfect burger! We asked for Pio Burger, Il Valdorciano Burger and Pienza 491 (which was specially incredible!)

A small shop, but huge burgers—I was stuffed! Very delicious. An elderly gentleman makes and pays for everything himself. It's always crowded. The fourth item on the sign with a fried egg is the best.

We loved this place! We arrived in Pienza at night and didn't know where to eat. Walking through its beautiful streets, we found Pio Burger. A super friendly and attentive gentleman served us. We ordered a regular burger and a veggie burger. We were impressed not only by the owner's charming service, but also by the quality and flavor of the food, as well as the incredibly cozy atmosphere.

I highly recommend the Pio Burger with double cheese added, made by the kind elderly owner. It was a great experience with affordable prices and the ability to purchase water.

Excellent value for money. The owner is truly a wonderful person: very humble, helpful, and passionate about what he does. This is reflected in the sandwiches, making them an experience not to be missed here in Pienza. Fresh local ingredients and generous portions are used in the sandwiches. Highly recommended.

06/04/2026: A small pastry shop and artisanal ice cream shop in Siena: a few years ago, I stopped by chance during one of my first stops in Siena. Since then, it's been a regular stop every time I return to the city, both for the coffee and dessert and for the truly excellent artisanal ice cream! Highly recommended!
