Refined and refined venue. Exquisite and well-presented dishes, my compliments for the wine and spirits list. I really appreciated the decor, but above all the atmosphere of a restaurant in the ancient village.

Spectacular restaurant, a pleasure for the senses, the atmosphere, the decoration, the service, the music, not to mention the food, everything was delicious, we had dinner for 10, a wonderful experience that several friends shared, the wine recommendation was also very good. We will return for sure.

Ho deciso di festeggiare il mio compleanno a pranzo con mia moglie in questo ristorante scelto leggendo sia le recensioni che il menù proposto dallo chef Palmisano. Siamo stati accolti con tanta gentilezza; molto bella e pulitissima la location curata in ogni dettaglio; ordinato 2 primi, 2 secondi e per concludere 2 dolci; naturalmente tutto sapientemente preparato dallo chef; una cucina di altissimo livello sia per la qualità dei prodotti che per gli impiattamenti (ogni pietanza è stata servita nel suo piatto abbinato); da bere oltre ad acqua 1 bottiglia di bollicine (buonissimo); è stato tutto di ns gradimento; professionale il personale al servizio del ns tavolo. In foto lo scontrino del conto e qualche piatto ordinato.

I was recommended this restaurant by a local friend who is a highly qualified hospitality professional and sommelier. I am very pleased that I followed his recommendation: This restaurant is a rare find - it is very professionally run (serving staff and kitchen staff are really top class), with a wonderfully balanced menu with an additional and nice offering of several special dishes of the day, excellent presentation, creative, delicious cuisine with high quality ingredients - the veal tartare bears witness to this, cuisine with a nod to local traditional dishes but creatively redesigned with wonderful flavour-texture combinations (very much to my taste!), impressive wine list with local wines from highly regarded local wineries at very reasonable prices to the very top of the top (Roederer Cristal, to name just one of the many top quality wines available). The Chef who is the proprietor came to greet us and made us feel extra welcome (remembered me from my reservation phone call), the waiter did an excellent job in looking after us and offered good and helpful suggestions when asked, our every request was swiftly seen to, nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure seeing professionals at work and taking pride in what they were doing. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this restaurant. La domanda che faccio a me stessa è: perché ho aspettato dieci anni (da quando vivo a Martina) per venire al Gaonas? E non ho una risposta da darmi…se non che sono stata stupida 🤣 Il Gaonas è il ristorante che cercavo: abbiamo provato il menù degustazione e ogni portata è stata sorprendente. Ottima la cura dei piatti, è stato tutto perfetto, anche il conto, in linea con le aspettative e, se posso, per nulla caro per ciò che abbiamo degustato. Grazie per l’accoglienza, non vediamo l’ora di tornare da voi! Super soddisfatti
