I had dinner on Saturday the 21st. I was curious to try your dishes. I had high expectations, and I must say we had a great time. We chose the tasting menu. The quality far exceeded all expectations; everything was truly excellent. Many compliments also for your courtesy and service. We will definitely see you again. We were guests for a special occasion. We had a wonderful time trying their menu, which was particularly challenging considering the number of courses! The service was attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and thorough in explaining the dishes. The cocktails, including non-alcoholic ones, were particularly good (ask for them; they're not listed on the menu!), the dishes were sophisticated in their combinations, and the ingredients were excellent, absolutely top-quality. Even the coffee surprised me—seriously, creamy and aromatic, without lapsing into roasted notes—many excellent establishments slip into this last category. It was also offered and deducted from the bill, details that are appreciated! In short, even trying hard, I couldn't find any flaws. It's impossible not to love this place! The young staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. The place is welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere. We chose a few dishes independently, then let the young chefs guide and advise us, to have an experience that was different from the usual "personal taste"... and we were right, because the dishes were exceptional. Great care was taken in preparation and presentation. You can feel the passion these guys put into their work. A thousand stars, five isn't enough!

A regular spot for sushi, excellent fish, and amazing dishes. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed. It's become my go-to sushi spot.

Excellent food and service. It's a shame about the shifts you have to respect during dinner hours.

It's always a pleasure to dine here; we're always amazed by these refined and indescribable flavor experiences. The staff is excellent, friendly, and above all, knowledgeable. Even children love this sushi, and it's the only one we trust them to try. For us, sushi is nothing but Sabakaita. Our compliments!
