Quality, originality, typical of the place, and just the right amount of dishes, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to the dishes and the customers, even when they're busy on Sunday lunchtime. They bring you water and bread without you asking where, even when full, they ask if everything was okay or if you'd like anything else. They take care in what they cook and who they cook it for. You can drink good wine and an excellent local amaro. The waiters do their job with professionalism and love, because serving customers isn't easy, and the environment and work atmosphere help a lot. I'll definitely be back.

A historic, family-run restaurant, professional in its warm welcome and authentic flavors. Tuscan cuisine and more, with a rich and varied menu, offers many choices for every course, enriched by daily specials. Wonderful pici and a peposo among the best I've ever tasted, from Mugello to Maremma!! The perfect, bold, spicy flavor is balanced by the creaminess and enveloping flavor of the sauce that accompanies the excellent cut of meat, not fatty, but very tender. A skillfully balanced dish, at the pinnacle of excellence! Unforgettable, it does justice to this ancient dish and the location. Sincere compliments.
