A wonderful moment shared together. We were lucky enough to enjoy some excellent Italian wines accompanied by a platter of charcuterie and cheeses with mango and ginger jam. I highly recommend it.

We came in based on the reviews and can only confirm what those who preceded us said. You immediately feel at home, the wines are excellent and the menu simple but truly delicious. We tried both impeccably served white wines and reds. The freselle, both with tomato and vegetables, were excellent. The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent, and since we didn't like it at all, we decided to try the prosciutto with burrata as well. I highly recommend anyone in the area to stop by Paco's; I'm sure you won't regret it.

During our 12 days in Puglia, this is where we drank the best local wines.
Excellent wines at reasonable prices.
It was hard to resist the accompaniments (incredible Italian tapas-style).
A plate of cheese or cured meats with jam and honey, and various olive oils.
A peaceful moment away from the hustle and bustle of this very touristy village.

A quiet place with just a few tables and, above all, quality products. We loved it.
We ordered a mixed platter and an appetizer that features the stricatella mozzarella! Spectacular!!

Mina is a very helpful and knowledgeable advisor of wine, the atmosphere was relaxing and the food/wine was amazing. I am so glad we stopped in and frankly didn’t want to leave!! I would definitely go back and highly recommend this place to anyone near Alberobello to stop in for a visit!!
