The rustic atmosphere is meticulously maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always available to recommend dishes and wines. Traditional cuisine is made with quality ingredients and features interesting, innovative pairings. The tasting menu is highly recommended, a great way to truly savor the restaurant's offerings. Definitely try the veal with tuna sauce and the ravioli with brown stock.

Strolling through beautiful Cuneo, we were drawn under the porticoes by the antique sign and rustic courtyard. We couldn't have made a better choice! We ate wonderfully in a charming setting with impeccable service. The menu follows the seasons, uses fresh, quality ingredients, and is meticulously prepared. Authentic flavors, pairings that appear unusual on the menu but yield perfect results. The wines were spot-on. Undeniably good value. A truly enjoyable and satisfying lunch. Beautiful venue. We traditionally meet at Zuavo for Christmas and Easter. The atmosphere is welcoming, and they reserve a space for six people, two of whom are over 90. It feels like home.
The staff is friendly and professional, and very kind in explaining the menu (which they always send us two weeks before lunch).
The appetizers are always excellent, original, beautifully plated with meticulous care. The first courses are excellent, as are the second courses, not to mention the desserts. The menus are different every year, carefully curated and adapted, even for our ninety-year-old wife who has food sensitivities.
Excellent wine list, excellent value.
