I still dream about the pasta with capuliato and breadcrumbs, even after all these years! What can I say? I'll be back sooner or later, although let's say the only downside, like the whole neighborhood, is the parking!

14/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Singola and it was a truly impeccable experience. I particularly enjoyed the appetizer and the wine pairing, which was truly spot-on. What really made the difference was the kindness of the service: you could sense passion, attention, and a genuine smile. I will definitely be back.

01/12/2025: Truly delicious arancini, perhaps the best we tasted during our trip.
31/10/2025: Delicious arancini with excellent crunchy breading, and a variety of flavors to choose from. We tried pistachio, potato, speck, smoked provola, and ragù. Overall, they're good, but the fillings are a bit bland and the flavors aren't quite there. I've had much better arancini around Sicily. The staff are friendly, and you can sit at a table. Prices are average.
