28/06/2025: We went for a special occasion. Small but beautiful place, very well cared for. The food was spectacular, and contrary to prejudice we left full and super satisfied. More than a dinner, an experience that leaves you speechless with every bite. Last note on the service, able to make you feel immediately at ease. Highly recommended!

17/06/2025: The restaurant, family-run and active since 1963, is located in a municipality in the province of Rieti surrounded by greenery. The well-kept structure has a convenient outdoor parking lot and a large garden for events. Finally, there is a wooden bridge over a river that flows right next to the restaurant, where you can eat in the summer and from which you can admire the beautiful colors that the seabed offers. As for the internal spaces, the restaurant has a large room where you can eat in the colder periods of the year. Obviously impeccable cleanliness. The service is also of a high standard. The furnishings are cared for in the smallest details. The dishes offered are expertly studied. The proposal can be divided into "land" and "water" dishes that can be chosen "à la carte" or tasted with special menus. Regarding those of the "water" proposal, it is surprising how it is possible to excite so much with freshwater fish. The choice of wines, both national and foreign, is able to satisfy even the most demanding. Truly exquisite desserts. The "game" at the end of the meal is original to encourage the customer to guess the flavors of some small proposals (I don't want to anticipate anything). Prices absolutely in line with the level of catering offered. I conclude by saying that it is difficult to describe with words the experience that can be had in this place. You have to try it.
P.S. last but not least, you will be informed that, given the special composition of the menu present at the table, it will be possible to take it home to bury it and watch flowers grow. Excellent ecological solution!

12/07/2025: We were very gladly surprised by this restaurant. We went there because we needed to be near our church where we have booked tickets for a classical music concert. So we were taking our chances with this restaurant because there was no recommendation and we only did it based on Google reviews.
The location is relatively close to ponte Veccio and super easy to access walking or with a cab.
The process of making a reservation was super easy on Google maps.
We were greeted by the chef with some feta and watermelon and also some broccolini with puffed rice, which was fantastic. For dinner my wife had the amberjack, I had the pork fillet and my daughter had the shrimp Tagliolono.
Our favorite dishes were the pasta and the pork. Super strong tastes with a lot of personality. I felt the amberjack was a little bit weak, but that is normal because I was having a very potent dish.
The waiters were great with all the food intolerances our group had.
We will certainly be recommend this place through friends and family who happen to be in Florence.

03/05/2025: Andiamo tutte le settimane da Gianni per i meravigliosi pasticcini vegani, sono strepitosi e ogni nuovo gusto che proviamo (ci sono spesso delle novità) ci stupisce. Il nostro preferito è la mousse al pistacchio, da non perdere!!!!

17/05/2025: I tried a small cannolo and it was really excellent, definitely one of the best in Milan.
The price of the small one is €3, which I think is fair for the quality.
The cream was really excellent, just the right amount of sweet and with the right consistency, not too runny, not too grainy
The wafer was good, I think it's industrial but I liked it anyway
The place is only for takeaway, they make the cannoli on the spot

Ambiente pulito, curato e accogliente. Il personale è stato gentile e attento per tutta la durata della cena.
Il cibo è buono, ben presentato e si percepisce chiaramente la qualità delle materie prime, sia nel gusto che nell’aspetto.
Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto, un primo e un secondo da condividere, più un piccolo piatto di patatine e due lattine di Coca-Cola.
Per tutto questo, abbiamo speso 30 € a testa (senza vino).
Prezzo forse leggermente alto, ma nel complesso giustificato dalla qualità.
Per i nostri gusti i piatti erano un po’ delicati nel sapore, ma nel complesso tutto molto buono.

05/07/2025: Beautiful hotel the core is an old villa around which modern buildings have been tastefully added. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Even when it is very busy during check-in, every guest gets all the attention in peace. Beautiful garden with a beautiful view over Trente.
Restaurant serves excellent dishes with delicious matching wines.
The breakfast buffet is more than excellent.
We will definitely come back here.

Marco the owner plays his role in the best way, an exceptional person ready to satisfy our every need, and he made sure that our party took place in the best way...
Exceptional food!!! Even today I receive compliments for everything.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to live, and make live a sublime gastronomic experience in a FABULOUS location....
