The best cannoli I've ever had, both for the dough and the fresh ricotta cream added on the spot, truly superb. The scaccia is delicious and comes with a variety of fillings, including the biscuits with lemon zest. A must-try when visiting Noto; you can pick up the cannoli fillings to go.

A place I stumbled upon by chance while walking through the alleys of Noto. I was surprised by how delicious the cannoli was—the best I had during my trip to Sicily—and all the bread I bought, including the focaccia and olive ciabatta, was tasty. I recommend this place to anyone looking at Google Maps reviews to buy bread.

First-class bread, pizza, and scacce, well done! Furthermore, all supplies are supplied in a short supply chain; the Sicilian region should support them by contributing to local production. Unfortunately, this awareness is lacking among the institutions.

Strategically placed on the opposite side of the chocolate shop is the best panificio (bakery) which can match the best Copenhagen fancy bakeries: high quality flour & ingredients that make you wish to return for lunch here.
