Few restaurants in Rome manage to create a cosy atmosphere whilst still maintaining high standards of cooking, despite their prices. This restaurant excels in every respect: attentive, personalised service, home-cooked food, excellent wines and outstanding value for money. In a city full of restaurants catering to the masses, this team is a real hidden gem – the name says it all. 😋

10/10! I received this recommendation from a friend. The atmosphere was perfect - tucked away from the chaos, and the restaurant was quaint, intimate, with phenomenal food and the cutest dog out front. Highly recommend!!

A lovely evening with friends at this restaurant, where we hadn't been for a few years. The dishes served by the friendly and helpful owner were excellent and well-prepared. The service was attentive and courteous. The atmosphere was pleasant. We'll be back soon.

I strongly believe I was super lucky to randomly find this amazing place. It is by far the best pasta I ate! The combination I had with greens and seafood was so unique I could not stop eating. The place gets full really quickly and you must be patience as there’s only one person serving everyone but I promise, it is worth waiting for! There will be no visit to Rome without coming to this hidden gem at least once.

30/04/2026: We went to this restaurant recommended by some friends who live here in Rome. It's a really nice place, well-maintained, clean, and has outdoor seating. The staff was very kind and helpful, always smiling. We tried the tasting menu with wine pairings, and it was truly exceptional. Seven courses, each better than the last. The quality of the meat was excellent, and the dishes were truly delicious. We also enjoyed dessert. The wine pairing was perfect. The service was quick and precise. We liked it so much that we returned the following evening, unfortunately for the last time since our vacation in Rome ended the next morning. On our second night, we ordered dishes from the menu. The wagyu nigiri was exceptional, but overall, every dish was fantastic. The prices were very fair for the quality. If I were to return to Rome, I would definitely return.

02/05/2026: If there's a place where mind and body can truly reconcile, it's undoubtedly Sintesi. Dining becomes a pleasant journey to discover dishes where innovation and tradition are not in opposition. Add to this a wine list that pays close attention to the local area and impeccable service, and you can truly say that a corner of paradise exists for our senses.
27/04/2026: We had an 18th birthday party. Many guests asked us if it was a Michelin-starred restaurant because of the quality and attention to detail of the dishes.
