Ristorante piccolo ma ben tenuto servizio molto professionale cibo di ottima qualità piatti ben presentati ampia scelta di vini ,giusto il rapporto qualità prezzo, menù con ampia scelta di pesce peccato che non c'era altrettanto scelta per i piatti di carne, consigliato.

Very characteristic place in the center of Civitavecchia. Excellent, well-balanced food, you can see the skilled hand of a chef with a Michelin star... low prices for the quality of the restaurant. Highly recommended

We had the pleasure of dining at Forma while in town waiting to board a cruise. The food was good, but not very Italian. The 5 course meal we had was good value, but the waiter forgot our wine pairing. Super fair priced.

24/03/2024: Finally a proposal that reflects the tastes and personality of the chef and escapes from the Roman trattoria that now invades and tyrannizes the menus of any restaurant, of any level in Rome. Here there is the surprise of goose liver pâté, venison, frog legs, delicious, beef tartare, hare and pheasant among other proposals. Pleasant environment, perfect service. The desserts were a small disappointment, if I had known I would have tried any other dish on the menu
