Excellent food. We had lunch with friends and enjoyed everything from appetizers to dessert. Everything was delicious, with unusual dishes and high-quality fresh fish. Impeccable service. The management is friendly and homely.
The only downside is the noise. When the place is full, you have to shout to talk at your table.

Yesterday, February 14th, we held our son's baptism reception, and we received so many compliments from our guests. We chose the seafood menu, the dishes were served promptly, and the waiters were very friendly, patient, and professional, as was the owner, and always ready to accommodate our every need. The dishes were so good that we asked for seconds of some of them—the fish was incredibly fresh, and the cuisine was innovative and sophisticated.
We will definitely be back, and we recommend everyone to try this wonderful culinary experience.

Today's lunch at "La Forchetta" was one of the best we've had! The food is incredibly fresh (especially seafood) and cooked by the great chef Antonello Mura, who, besides knowing his craft, doesn't overwhelm it with sauces that would ruin the flavor. We started with an (endless) array of hot and cold appetizers, including octopus, salmon, swordfish, calamari, mussels, panadine (a kind of fried pasta), and fried culurgiones (a type of sweet and sour dough). The first course was spaghetti with clams and bottariga (a type of bottarga) and paccheri with zucchini flowers, clams, and perhaps almonds? Delicious! The lobster, for the second course, was dressed in the Sardinian style—basically, with just oil and lemon—but anyone who knows what it means to be in the kitchen and cook up dishes that are both tasty and light will understand the value of this small but exquisite restaurant. The desserts were also a surprise: a cassata and a nougat semifreddo, all homemade. I'd also like to thank the attentive and friendly staff. Well, what more can I say? Long live "La Forchetta"!!!

Thanks to Federica who recommended me to go and eat at "Forchetta" in Mandas where she works. I had the pleasure of tasting a cuisine with excellent quality ingredients. Congratulations 👏And then the very professional and friendly staff at the same time. (which is very rare) 🙄🫢

What can I say... my star rating speaks for itself, and the photos don't contradict it! We chose Antonello (the owner) for the menu. The dishes arrive...
Not the classic appetizers, but a combination of flavors! The two first courses were equally delicious, excellent pairings. I preferred the mezze maniche 🤤!!
Not to mention the lobster 🤩
The dessert? A tiramisu that tastes like tiramisu, not whipped cream!
The staff is attentive to detail, friendly, and always available!! 👏🏼
I can only recommend it🎉
