Fiaschetto In Lucca

Looking for schiacciatas for dinner before heading to the airport, we ended up at this place. Following the owners' recommendations, they made us one with raw sausage, caramelized onions, and cheese, and another with porchetta, with their homemade green sauce and hot sauce. We loved both and were delighted with the owners; they're incredibly kind, and it's so nice to find people like them.

Sandwiches were AMAZING! Everything was fresh and the best pesto I’ve ever had. The people working there were very helpful with suggestions on food and friendly. I’d come back here if I’m ever visiting Lucca again.

Excellent combinations and a wide selection. Friendly and helpful staff, also quick to prepare. The interior is a bit cramped, but the sandwich is also suitable for eating around the city.

An institution. Excellent quality, innovative pairings, and wonderful staff, always smiling and ready for a quick, cheerful chat. The place is spotlessly clean and pays close attention to food hygiene, a rare thing these days. Fresh, local, and in-house products. They're attentive to their customers. I'll definitely be back and recommending it to friends. If I could give more stars, I would.
