Ristorante La Buca In Pisa

Everything was excellent, the fish was incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked! The service was fast, helpful, and friendly, but not intrusive. The desserts were top-notch!

A pure delight from beginning to end! The service was wonderful and friendly; it's so refreshing to have a server who truly loves their job and seems genuinely happy there. The food is succulent and divine. It's beautiful, well-presented, with lovely tableware, a very pleasant atmosphere, and excellent advice. I'm absolutely raving about it, and rightly so! What I just experienced with my friends at this restaurant was truly magical. I'm a pastry chef in France, and I can also say with absolute certainty that the desserts are magnificent! Light and airy, not too sweet, and beautifully presented. I took a peek at the kitchen, and it's spotless. A wonderful experience! Thank you. Thank you so much. Special mention to the server who spoke excellent French and who was able to welcome me and my friends from all over the world.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant. We visited twice during our stay in Pisa, once for lunch and again for dinner, and both experiences were excellent. The service was outstanding. The gentleman who looked after our table was welcoming, attentive, and communicated very clearly. He gave us great recommendations, which we really appreciated. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and we honestly couldn't find anything to complain about. The Tortelli Toscani con Ragù was rich and flavorful, the pasta with pomodoro was simple yet perfectly prepared, the porcini mushrooms were excellent, and the ravioli with Norwegian lobster were absolutely exquisite. The quality of both the food and the service was consistently excellent, and we would happily return the next time we are in Pisa.

We were passing by and went in. The air conditioning was perfect, the food excellent, and the staff very friendly. It's a great place to enjoy a wonderful culinary experience. I don't think I'll be back in Pisa, but if I were, I would definitely return to this restaurant. 👍👍

If you are looking for a step-up from the 100 regular pizza places in Pisa, go to La Buca. Great, original and light dishes, more interesting dishes than you can eat. Very good Vermentino and Chianti from around the city. Very good service, nice and cool interior with 32C outside
