... it was 2 days, the end of an 8 day trip through South Tyrol, you couldn't wish for a nicer end! Thanks to the entire Stafler team and especially to the kitchen, who conjured up a 12-course “Eisack menu” that is second to none!!! Bonn family

Worth mentioning is the excellent cuisine and staff 🥰. The wellness area is small but nice and clean - including a very good selection of teas. The rooms are simple but very clean and everything that is important is there. Unfortunately, despite turning off the heating, it was too warm.

It was a perfect short vacation, even though the weather didn't quite cooperate. To be honest, I missed the friendly, down-to-earth waitresses at dinner; The service was skillful, but perhaps quite impersonal. I would also have liked an old-fashioned paper wine list so you can choose without feeling rushed Thank you very much again for your efforts regarding my mishap with the ring. Folker Engelmann

Slightly outside Vipiteno there is this magical place, breakfast full of delicious products, excellent service, small but lovely spa.

Super great and cozy hotel. From the ambience, to the cleanliness, to the breakfast offering, this hotel is perfect. The wellness area with pool and sauna, a dream. I stayed there for three nights in February and it was amazing. I will definitely come back.

We spontaneously visited the hotel (with friends) on the occasion of my wife's birthday... and had a very special (birthday) day... Good and easy arrival… Parking reception very easy to find… Very nice reception at the reception… The location and facilities in the hotel are quite pleasant, the pool/saunas and the wellness treatment are also praiseworthy… The evening in the restaurant was a delightful experience... with everyone involved...

La nostra seconda visita nella cucina dello chef Peter Girtler ci ha lasciato molto sorpresi, conoscevamo già il suo valore e pensavamo potesse essere espressione di una eccellente cucina mitteleuropea, con evidenti richiami a grandi maestri altoatesini come Winkler. Questa seconda visita ci ha permesso di sperimentare una piacevole e positiva evoluzione, a nostro avviso verso una cucina molto più espressiva della personalità dello chef e del territorio, molto più identitaria ed originale, a dimostrazione di potenzialità impressionanti. Il menù dello chef è “impegnativo”, ma si percorre con entusiasmo dall’inizio alla fine; i piatti sono una sinfonia di sapori, gli ingredienti tanti, ma “orchestrati” come solo i grandi sanno fare. Tra questi grandi piatti il “Carpaccio di Wagyu”, “Escursione Andalusia” o “Risotto allo strudel” letteralmente da urlo! Una cena indimenticabile che ti fa venir voglia di tornare… appena possibile.
