I was here for lunch on my birthday and chose the seven-course tasting menu. I thank the entire staff again for their incredible kindness and attentiveness. They were always available and never intrusive, carefully describing each course served to us. The dishes were sublime, with combinations that might seem daring at first glance, but which the chef and his team managed to balance impeccably. The flavors and textures were clearly distinct, and the plating was meticulously crafted for each dish. The only negative I had to say was the ravioli with bottarga stuffed with cauliflower. I found it unpleasantly salty, but that really wasn't a significant detail compared to everything else. So I highly recommend it and will definitely be back to be pampered again.
