Casa Sgarra Ristorante… a family, three brothers, a lot of expertise, great professionalism!… but sitting at the table after a warm welcome we are immediately invited to taste high quality Chardonnay bubbles that anticipate a refined and characterful entree, the macarons are a real treat! Ours was an experiential journey between white vines of northern Italy in the glasses and local territory in the dishes, to note the fabulous bouquet of a truly unique Sauvignon, to finish with the flavor and softness of the blue cheeses and many other goat and cow cheeses typical of Italy. Pre dessert and dessert close this pleasant discovery in style which is pleasantly combined with a timeless typicality… the Moscato di Trani. Thank you Casa Sgarra, see you soon!

abbiamo avuto il piacere di degustare il percorso “casa sgarra” e le ns aspettative sono state soddisfatte. è stato tutto indimenticabile, ma alcuni piatti meritano la cotazione. l’insalata da amare e il cicchetto dai sapori di puglia sono delle esperienze sensoriali, mentre il risotto trani milano è un gran piatto davvero ben eseguito. location e servizio poi, sono decisamente all’altezza di tutto il resto. approved!

Recensisco ancora una volta questo ristorante, a rischio di ripetermi. I loro piatti tradizionali, come l'insalata d'amare sono una certezza. Le loro innovazioni, tipo i bottoni ai porcini e amaretto sono una magnifica sorpresa. E' tutto perfetto, dal servizio all'ambiente, alla simpatia dei Fratelli Sgarra. Un'esperienza imperdibile. Felice meriterebbe 20 stelle!!!

An unforgettable first starry experience On Saturday 19 April I had the pleasure of having my first experience in a starred restaurant, and I decided to rely on Casa Sgarra, on the seafront of Trani. A choice that turned out to be simply perfect. The place is elegant, with attention to every detail, and right from the entrance you can clearly perceive that it is not just any restaurant, but a place designed to offer an authentic experience, made up of attention and detail. As we were also told by the waiters during the evening, the aim is to "pamper" the customer. And so it was, from start to finish. We chose the six-course tasting route, “Estro, Felice, think about it!!!”, allowing ourselves to be completely guided. Each dish was a journey through surprising flavors and new emotions. A special mention goes to the tajarin with sea lupins, which for me were the high point of the evening: an extraordinary dish, among the best I have ever eaten. The aroma of smoked butter that accompanied the intense and refined flavors of this dish will remain in my memory forever. A gesture that I greatly appreciated was the presence of chef Felice Sgarra in the room, who personally stopped by to greet each table, thank the guests and wish a happy Easter. A true, humble and passionate professional. In conclusion, I enthusiastically recommend Casa Sgarra to anyone who wants to enjoy a gastronomic experience of the highest level. For me it was a magical evening and a truly special birthday. Thank you very much to all the staff!
