Inizialmente ero un po' perplesso, perché la prima cosa che è arrivata sul tavolo è stata l'acqua minerale di marca San Pellegrino. Da un ristorante di quel livello mi sarei aspettato, anche se non una vera e propria "carta delle acque minerali", almeno un'acqua minerale meno dozzinale. Dopo però, l'esperienza per il palato è stata spettacolare; vere e proprie sinfonie di sapori miscelati con dovizia e attenzione.

I sapori studiati ed equilibrati, materie prime ricercate e di ottima qualità in una fantastica location curata nei minimi dettagli. un servizio impeccabile ma informale e leggero, un ambiente giovanile ma attento a tutte le richieste. i nostri più cari complimenti a Salvatore e tutti i ragazzi dello staff, siete simpaticissimi e molto esperti, torneremo al più presto!

03/04/2025: A modest place away from the center, but with DELICIOUS food and very nice service. It's easy to communicate in Italian or sign language 😉 We ordered pasta, each dish was large and tasty. Prices are very good, €5-6 per portion. I definitely recommend it.
