15/02/2026: Yesterday, February 14th, we held our son's baptism reception, and we received so many compliments from our guests. We chose the seafood menu, the dishes were served promptly, and the waiters were very friendly, patient, and professional, as was the owner, and always ready to accommodate our every need. The dishes were so good that we asked for seconds of some of them—the fish was incredibly fresh, and the cuisine was innovative and sophisticated. We will definitely be back, and we recommend everyone to try this wonderful culinary experience. Compliments to the owner and all the staff!

08/02/2026: Today's lunch at "La Forchetta" was one of the best we've had! The food is incredibly fresh (especially seafood) and cooked by the great chef Antonello Mura, who, besides knowing his craft, doesn't overwhelm it with sauces that would ruin the flavor. We started with an (endless) array of hot and cold appetizers, including octopus, salmon, swordfish, calamari, mussels, panadine (a kind of fried pasta), and fried culurgiones (a type of sweet and sour dough). The first course was spaghetti with clams and bottariga (a type of bottarga) and paccheri with zucchini flowers, clams, and perhaps almonds? Delicious! The lobster, for the second course, was dressed in the Sardinian style—basically, with just oil and lemon—but anyone who knows what it means to be in the kitchen and cook up dishes that are both tasty and light will understand the value of this small but exquisite restaurant. The desserts were also a surprise: a cassata and a nougat semifreddo, all homemade. I'd also like to thank the attentive and friendly staff. Well, what more can I say? Long live "La Forchetta"!!!

24/02/2026: This restaurant is amazing. We found it by chance, but the view is breathtaking and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. We ate lemon pasta with fish and it was one of the best pastas we had in two weeks Italy. We were already super positve when we left the place. But besides that, I forgot my handbag including my passport in the restaurant and only discovered that four hours later, when we had continued our road to Sicily. He sent the handbag as a package to our next hotel in Palermo, very helpful and friendly!

10/11/2025: This could easily be a Michelin-starred restaurant, with ravioli served in a napkin—a delight. A beautiful dining room and impeccable service. The chef trained at the Illkirch hotel school and clearly puts his skills to good use. Bravo!

23/02/2026: It was a wonderful culinary experience, with typical Piedmontese cuisine and wine. The appetizers were excellent, as were the first courses, carefully presented and truly flavorful. The homemade desserts were also exquisite. The restaurant also has five rooms and is located in a hamlet of Mango. With multiple rooms, you're transported back in time, an old farmhouse, adapted for catering, with furnishings from a bygone era. Also suitable for small ceremonies, the family-run staff is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. For a romantic dinner or a business lunch, you're in the right place. I recommend you come, and you'll surely be satisfied, as we were.

25/02/2026: Absolutely phenomenal. Definitely a fun and contemporary twist on Japanese food in Milano; which is a compliment. I have been to Japan multiple times, and this restaurant would not be amiss in any major city there. Excellent service and recommendations from Sho-san/Alessio-san, who made our experience very warm, and educational - we got to try a fantastic selection of sake, learning the history and process behind it. Even if you are not a sake fan - I highly suggest being adventurous and listening to the experts! The food is fantastic - highly recommend...frankly everything. Don't skip dessert!

23/02/2026: One of Milan's best Japanese restaurants, where you can enjoy drinks and high-quality food in a wonderful, atmospheric space. What sets this place apart is not only the delicious drinks and food, but also the sincere service shown by all the staff. Their attentiveness, explanations, and timing of serving the food, as well as the excitement emanating from the busy kitchen, make it clear that this is no ordinary restaurant. The fried oysters garnished with Wagyu beef melted in your mouth and were addictively delicious. The silver cod garnished with lotus root chips had a refined miso flavor with an exquisite balance of flavors, enhanced by the green laver powder. Finally, the fatty tuna tekiyaki bowl was incredibly fresh and sparkling. I can imagine that everything was prepared with great care. The corn gelato was exquisite; I wanted to eat 10 more. Sake sommelier Paolo's suggestions and explanations, including the background of how the sake was made and the stories behind its brewing, made it an experience that went beyond simply tasting sake. I don't think there are many places where you can enjoy drinking sake to this extent. If you're in Milan, this is a place you should definitely visit.

12/11/2025: A little piece of India in the heart of beautiful Florence. Highly recommended for sampling traditional dishes. Special mention must be made of the staff; they were very attentive, recommending dishes and readily available to assist with any requests.

12/11/2025: From the moment we walked in, they took an interest in us. You just don't see the kind of attention we received from Kiran anymore; he's a master at his job. For starters, we had breadsticks with three sauces, followed by a Kingfisher, India's best-selling beer, and a delicious meal. If you're looking for tasty Indian food, this is the place.

01/03/2026: I happened upon this restaurant by chance on a quiet Friday in late February. I chose it among the many in the area because I was intrigued (and almost convinced) by the reviews. I was particularly won over by the positive comments from those who, even though they're not vegan, praised the quality of the dishes and desserts. So I decided to give it a try (also because the photos were mouth-watering), and, what can I say, it was a fantastic experience! I spent the entire time praising the dishes, from the presentation to the flavor, from the texture to the success. And the desserts? What can I say, they were amazing! I tried a cheesecake, which was fantastic. If they hadn't told me it was vegan, I never would have guessed it. It's just a shame I live two hours away from this restaurant; otherwise, it would become a regular stop, at least once a month. In any case, it'll be a great excuse to take more vacation trips there, so I can return to try the dishes, and desserts, I missed. Highly recommended!

04/02/2026: Very good vegan restaurant. My better half and I went and tried several different dishes and everything was excellent. All praise. And to top it off, it was all relatively cheap.

08/12/2025: For a special meal, the Apollonia Inn is a great place. The dishes looked and tasted delicious. When we were there, they offered vegan chestnut cream soup and potato rösti with various vegetables and cream. Unfortunately, the soup was only partially vegan. It should have also included beetroot and potato fritters. Furthermore, the portions weren't very large, so we were feeling a bit hungry again after a short while. We commend their commitment to catering to vegans. A vegan "standard" or simple dish would be the next logical step.

06/12/2025: Well, what can I add that hasn't already been said? Fantastic food from a small menu. South Tyrolean classics with an Italian twist. Plus, a focus on regional ingredients, but not overdone. Our service was truly delightful and very attentive. And then, of course, the covered terrace offers a picture-perfect panoramic view of the valley. There's a nice playground for children in front of the building. Prices are slightly on the high side, but almost too good to be true considering the quality. The selection of local non-alcoholic beers was a pleasant surprise. You can definitely see a trend there. A detour from the valley is well worth it, especially when it's over 30 degrees Celsius "down below." Reservations are recommended.
