28/08/2025: We stumbled upon I Grani by chance and were drawn in by the layout and atmosphere. And it was a good thing we did. The cuisine was original (a little bohemian, but not too bohemian, just the right amount) compared to the classic dishes. Everything we tasted was excellent (main courses and desserts alike). We had a great time as a family. The menu is also varied. The service was excellent; everyone is friendly, cheerful, available, and responsive to the slightest request. The interior is well-appointed and tastefully decorated. It's a little noisy, but there's a terrace (which we hadn't seen). If you're in the area, we highly recommend it. Plus, the prices are nothing like the average. They're very affordable. Congratulations to the entire I Grani team.

27/08/2025: We spent our last evening of vacation at this wonderful restaurant in the center of Nuoro. Nuoro is definitely worth a visit, as it's an interesting and well-preserved city. The historic center is a gem. I Grani offers exceptional dishes; we had the pane frattau, which was definitely the best dish we had on our entire vacation—an absolute must. Also, the stew with creamed potatoes and the pipe pasta with eggplant were exceptional! The baked potatoes were also delicious. The Sardinian craft beer was excellent, and everyone was incredibly welcoming. Honestly, it will be one of the first places we return to on our next vacation in Sardinia. Absolutely not to be missed!

30/08/2025: The ice creams were quite good: Sardinian cake, super dark. Of the fruit flavors, the fig one was quite good. I expected more from the others: strawberry, watermelon and lime, and mango. No waffles were offered.

01/08/2025: Please skip touristy establishments with unfriendly staff like All'Antico Vinaio and go here! Fantastically delicious sandwiches, freshly filled, and a huge selection. Friendly staff and an English menu. We ate it in a park; the sandwiches are neatly packaged.

Pretty good pizza...the only flaw is that, having booked in person for a fixed time and outside, upon arrival, he told me that he had already accepted other people outside...and there was no room outside...and he put us inside, so hot it was impossible to breathe and without air conditioning, when they say just close the drawer in defiance of those who booked...sufficient.

06/08/2025: Mmmhhh!!! Fresh Sushi, fair prices!! We will definitely come back. The sushi was freshly prepared, tasted absolutely awesome and the pricing is more than fair!

06/08/2025: Best sashimi I had in a long time. Try the nigiri with grilled salmon too! Everything was clean and the ambiance was good. Thanks for the service and the Fujisan Whisky.

16/08/2025: We discovered it through a tasting of two beers offered by our host. Their beers were very good; we tried the Jet Lag and the Mariamata. The staff were friendly and helpful. We're not from the area, but if you're passing through... I recommend it if you like beer 😊

Una serata firmata dallo chef stellato Giancarlo Perbellini, che ha saputo regalarci un viaggio sensoriale tra sapori raffinati, creatività e rispetto per la tradizione italiana. Ogni piatto è stato una scoperta: abbinamenti sorprendenti, materie prime di altissima qualità e una cura maniacale per i dettagli. Il cibo era semplicemente fantastico — un equilibrio perfetto tra innovazione e gusto autentico, capace di emozionare ad ogni portata. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giancarlo, chef di straordinario talento ma soprattutto persona umile, disponibile e appassionata. La sua presenza discreta ma calorosa ha aggiunto un tocco umano a una serata già perfetta. Il personale, altamente qualificato ma mai altezzoso, ha saputo coccolarci con professionalità e gentilezza, facendoci sentire accolti e al centro dell’attenzione senza mai essere invadenti. Consigliatissimo a chi desidera vivere una cena stellata in un’atmosfera davvero unica. Un’eccellenza tutta italiana che merita di essere celebrata.

Im just a tourist but they treated with me respect and even helped with my Italian. I would reccomend this place for any traveler, it's perfect for a quick bite to eat and a café.
