Visited you last weekend for my girlfriend's birthday with the 9-course menu plus wine accompaniment. Sublime menu by chef Matteo Compagnucci who managed to make me love the flavor of liver. A 3-3.30 experience that I recommend everyone to do. We will definitely be back to try new dishes. Finally, thanks to the staff who, despite their extreme professionalism, proved to be very friendly. Ps Sara Scarsella's revisitation of ramen was excellent with the whitefish so good that I would have preferred an extra piece. “Mata ua made”

Service, care of the dishes, preparations, raw materials, wine accompaniment, desserts... all excellent. Perfect location and atmosphere for a fantastic tasting/sensory journey.

What an experience! Impeccable service Excellent food quality with a value for money that is no longer a given And above all, how delightful are the combinations and ideas of the chefs (very young and very courteous at the end of the meal they passed around the tables to listen to the diners!). It is a young but award-winning cuisine and you can feel all the passion and energy. We will be back for the other seasonal menus

It's just my opinion, but I think he deserves only one star. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. Celeriac Wellington is a dish that borders on perfection. Impeccable service and the elegant and peculiar clothing of the girls at the tables I find a distinctive sign of high class. The wine pairing with a truly knowledgeable sommelier who was excellent at explaining the wines was also excellent. Congratulations to everyone and thank you for the wonderful experience.

Superb!!!! It's not the first time I've dined at synthesis but today we did the 9 course route and it's fantastic, I recommend it to everyone. Excellent flavors and excellent service (unfortunately I have to limit myself to a few lines otherwise I could easily write a page on the goodness of the product and taste accompanied by excellent room service). You guys are a nice team with a lot of knowledge and desire to arrive, it's a pleasure to visit you. I repeat SUPERB.

One of if not the best 1 Michelin star restaurant I’ve been to. Each dish was wonderfully plated and introduced, the service was impeccable, our hostess/server was attentive and friendly. The staff set a welcoming and relaxed mood while upholding the fine dining standards. The trip from Rome to come here is absolutely worth it.

The attention to every detail is surprising: each dish is an explosion of flavours, the combinations of juices and kombucha are surprising, the service is exceptional. Fantastic experience!

Terzo ristorante stellato negli ultimi mesi, come sempre non entro troppo nel merito dei piatti perché non ne sono all’altezza, a me personalmente sono piaciuti tutti in particolare modo il cardoncello con la salsa verde e la panna acida su funghi ed anche il gelato al fungo indimenticabile, il risotto mantecato con la pecora ha dato un senso diverso alle mie origini abruzzesi. Servizio impeccabile e comunque non troppo “altezzoso” come spesso lo si trova in ristoranti di questo livello. Brigata giovane sia in sala che in cucina. Uno stellato “economico”. Non mi ha fatto impazzire l’abbinamento dei vini si poteva osare qualcosa in più, il migliore abbinamento è stato quello con il dolce! Complimenti sicuramente torneremo al cambio menu!
